Jul 2, 2012I have an iPhone 4 that I dropped (hard) on a tile floor. Back screen shattered, but phone still worked okay. Now, the wake/sleep button stops working intermittently. Point is, it's my fault, I broke it, and it's out of warranty anyway. I'd like to pay for an express replacement (I understand I can pay $100 or $149 or thereabouts, and Apple will exchange for a refurb; they send, charge me a deposit, then credit back the difference when I ship mine back to them). I can go to the Apple store if necessary, but would prefer to do this online (the instructions for ERS refer to the capability to arrange it online).I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to do this online. Mar 1, 2011I purchased my blackberry 8900 in December 2010 in a small island. I went back to jamaica two weeks after it went completely blank (Screen whites out). When its blank I cant do anything with it even after several battery pulls. Sometimes when i pull the battery it loads up and then goes back blank.
In order for it to come up I have to connect the charger and the screen stays on. (lol.i thought this was suppose to be a mobile phone) It cant stay up with out the charger being connected.I have no warranty on the phone.

Did the download, BUT!!! it deleted all my e-mails! then I found that when I went to do a text message, the screen now displays an old previous message over most of the screen with just one line left on the bottom to write in, it also has the stupid smiley face icon at the end of the line which I hate. Mar 28, 2010I have a big problem on my blackberry. My battery died last night. i went to charge it this morning and about half an hour later i turned my phone on. It got past the loading page and got stuck on the Tmobile startup screen. I cannot see my main home screen and pressing any of the buttons does not work either. Yet i can hear text messsages coming to my phone but cannot see them. Before the Tmobile startup screen a message appears saying 'media card inserted.' I took it out and it said 'media card removed.' I have restarted my blackberry by taking the battery out many times now it is not loading to the homepage.

I just add some language to our phone via BB desktop manager. It worked well. Apr 5, 20105 months ago my 8900 catches the White Screen of death. This past Saturday night, connected it to laptop and 1 hour later its working fine. Pop the sim back into it. Works fine all day Sunday and Sunday night. At some point between 1am and 8am the screen turned white again. Now its stuck on the white screen but I still receive calls and messages but cant see anything. Tried to pull battery and do a complete wiping as well as a restore of applications. Nothing is working at this point. IDK how it worked Saturday night.

May 4, 2010since I've upated my BB 8900 to 5.0.0.592 (official release of my provider), the alarm clock is not ringing when the phone is locked.
When it's unlocked there is no problem and the alarm is sounding.
But when it's locked it does only display an information about the alarm on the screen, but no sound :smileysad: How can I fix that? I'dont want to get too late too often!
BB Curve 8900 :: Black Screen - Red Light After Updated OS
Aug 16, 2010I've updated my BB 8900 OS a couple of days ago. It worked fine for 1 day and then it popped up with an error message that disappaered really quickly and it go into a loop.
I tried to re-install the OS 5 and the app loader recognises the BB and the PIN is showing, but when I click next it get's stuck on "connecting with device (ARM)". The only thing the BB does now is blink its red light like morse code long-fast-fast-fast-long.
