Lots of complaints from the other end of my calls that my voice cuts out and then comes back, and during the cut-out time there is noise on the line. Can't find anything relevant to Galaxy 6 edge and this problem. Already changed the phone once as I though it was a device specific issue, but appears to be something I'm doing or a setting maybe?

Have problems with your voice cutting out during calls? I get numerous complaints that people can't hear me. They say that they can hear ever 3rd or 4th word.

I own a GS6. Whenever someone calls me and leaves a voice-mail I usually delete the voice-mail, but the voice-mail ends up not deleting. I've deleted them several times and they've came back.

This afternoon my phone started to drop calls ("call failed") and then this evening I stopped being able to call out. I can receive incoming calls but they would cut in and out, but they can hear me just fine.

My IPhone 3gs has started to cut out mid call and then reboot I notice through the internet this is a common occurance how can I stop it doing it. It is very infuriating as it doesn't do it all the time its intermittent, when it does cut out its normally around three minutes into a conversation.

View 2 Replies View RelatedThe past few weeks whenever I make a call the call screen disappears. The bar at the top of the screen is green and my call is still active, but dragging down the screen shows no menu to hang up, mute, or speaker like it did in the past. Also I hit the recent programs button and there's no window for my call. I hit the phone button and there's nothing. The call will still show up in the log once we hang up. I literally cannot hang up without shutting off my phone. I can't mute my microphone or toggle speakerphone.

When someone calls me, my phone doesn't vibrate like before i.e two long beeeeeeeeeeeeeeep and instead, it gives two small vibration 'bep-bep' and then complete silence. Because of this I can't answer to most of the calls as I usually put my phone in vibration mode.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have Sprint Galaxy S5 and I am ready to throw it out the window. I have not had a problem with the phone until recently. I can't get it to cut the WiFi off and KEEP IT OFF!! I have tried everything!! I have gone into the advanced settings under WiFi and cut off the "network notification" (receive notification when open networks are in range), I've cut off the "Keep Wi-Fi on during sleep" and changed it to NEVER. I unchecked the box and cut off the "always allow scanning" feature. Also under advanced settings I have cut off the smart network switch.
I have also gone into the "more networks" and cut off my connection optimizer and cut off the partner WiFi option. Even went as far as going into the Network Mode and changed it to LTE/CDMA. All of this is what I have read on the forums. Nothing is working. The WiFi is still cutting on. It wouldn't bother me if I had WiFi to connect to but because I don't it's interfering with my regular mobile data and making it to where I can't use my data. It cuts on about every minute!! Not to mention this is draining my battery! Oh another thing, I downloaded a virus scanning app and my phone is clean.
Using 9550 in 3G network is OK, but when I make a phone call in GPRS, BB cutts the call after 15 - 20 sec. Haw can I resolved it?

I haven't dropped the phone, or done anything out of the ordinary. Checked all the settings and they are fine.
Ringtones work and other sounds on the phone work fine but I have the feeling it might be the internal speaker. =/ I have found that I can put a person on speaker phone and I can hear them but when I take it off I can't!

I have a problem with using my phone that started several weeks ago and has been steadily getting worse. When I make a call, the person on the other end answers and I can hear them but they can't hear me. This also happens occasionally when someone calls me. I can hear them but they can't hear me. I have good reception, 4 or 5 bars. I haven't accidentally hit the mute button with my cheek. I try turning the mute button on and off with no results. I have shut the phone off for a while and then started it up and there is no improvement.
Today I was probably able ot only talk to 60% of the people that I tried dialing. There is one person in particular that I have to call multiple times per day for business and this happens 95% of the time with her. I depend on being able to use the phone; I'm in the life safety business. As far as I can tell, everything else works, other apps work just fine. I can text and email, surf the net, etc. I have an iPhone 4 version 6.0.1 (software?). It doesn't seem to matter if I am on a 3G or E network. The problem persists. No, I don't want to update the iOS, the GUI is butt ugly (Steve would be turning over in his grave if he saw this iOS) and everyone that I know that has an iPhone 4 and has done the 'upgrade' has had problems with slow operation and battery suck.Â
