Galaxy S6 Edge :: Bluetooth Sync Music Volume Very Low
Jun 8, 2015
I have the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge and every time it sync to my 2014 Honda Accord the volume sync and plays music at extremely low volume even on max. Compared to almost any other phone like my iphone 4s that sync the audio for my music no problem. I tried turning the media on and off and deleting the device completely off the bluetooth list and re-adding which still does not work. I am using mobilego and it sucks as it won’t let you sort the order of your music.
S6 Edge or regular S6 experienced the infamous Bluetooth skipping issue? Both my wife's new S6 Edge and mine are doing it. Both have latest Verizon update, I have cleared cache partition, cleared Bluetooth partition, tried the keeping screen on trick to no avail. Having your music Skip no matter which music app I use, natter the coverage area as well.
While listening to music via Bluetooth in the car, my phone started to vibrate, this started a few days ago, that has never happened before. I have had galaxy 6 edge since it was first released. The vibration only happens in the car via Bluetooth, not while listening to music directly from phone.
So I connect to a bluetooth device for my car to play music and provide directions. Driving mode somehow got turned on and is annoying as all heck. So basically I want it gone. It doesnt do anything for me, it just randomly resends a notification and interrupts my music and I have had it. How do I disable this terrible feature?
the media volume (for the Music app) suddenly started dropping to mute continuously. i've had the phone in my hand (not touching any volume controls) and watched the volume level drop repeatedly.. i raise the volume, it drops again. this has happened about 6 times since yesterday, i'm completely baffled by this.what's worse, the volume has also gone all the way up to max, so i'll be listening to music when all of a sudden it's blaring full blast in my ears and i have to rip the ear phones out.
Why does media volume revert to silent most mornings instead of staying at volume i'd normally have it at. I also use Dolphin as my browser and even if I left a page open on that and come out of the app without exiting fully that reverts back to the home screen as well. It might be grand most of the time and then at least a couple of times a week it will have reset to home page for some reason.
I've got a small problem with my s6 edge. Let's say that i have my phone on vibrate mode, after i lock the phone and press by "mistake" the volume key, it switches from vibrating to sound mode. Why is that?? I previously had a galaxy s4 and never had this problem.
I have an s6 edge and I can't figure out how to stop the messages app from changing font sizes when I use the volume buttons. I checked previous responses to this question but there is no option in the message's settings that allow me to un-check a box for this.
Samsung s6 edge sees my lg watch r in Bluetooth settings but will not connect, yet in the android wear app it shows the watch as connected. All works well under wifi but just won't stay stable under Bluetooth....
I am out here in a another place from my home and I was trying to upload some photos I took on my GS6E so I connected it using a another USB cable and the PC didn't recognize my phone (I missed the white cable at home!). Device Manager shows a device called MTP when I connect the phone (Should be Media Transfer Protocol). I tried using the Camera Mode (PTP) but this time it shows SAMSUNG_Android.
I am having a new problem with WiFi intermittently disconnecting. It seems to be happening after the screen has been turned off for a while--I turn it back on and the wifi is not connected--once I unlock the phone the wifi then automatically connects. It happens on both my home and work network, and not with any other devices. Haven't changed any settings recently. Tried to turn Smart Network Switch off but that didn't work. "Keep wifi on during sleep" is and has been set to "always".
Possibly related is that a similar thing is happening with Bluetooth. I only have Bluetooth on while driving, and I have noticed that the connection has been randomly disconnecting, and then I have to manually toggle Bluetooth back on and reconnect the phone to the car.
I used to have the S5 and was playing Spotify via Bluetooth onto my car stereo system which is a Dodge Journey with the UConnect system. All worked fine. Recently got the S6 Edge and now can't get it to remain connected for more than 30 seconds. Phone says Bluetooth has unexpectedly stopped working.
I have my S6 Edge connected via Bluetooth and each time there is a new chapter in Audible or a pause in Pandora audio, I noticed that audio fades in after a few seconds. This makes me lose a little bit of the audio each time. Is there some sort off Bluetooth optimization going on here or a tweak I can perform so that this doesn't happen anymore?
How to change the default app that gets launched when Bluetooth connects? It seems to always launch the built in music app which is definitely not what I want. Can I set this to Spotify or something else?
I have an s6 edge that is paired with my computer. when i send an album from my phone to my computer via bluetooth the message says sent to your computer, but I cannot find the album anywhere on it
Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge. The battery life is a bit of a letdown, but I've gotten the hang of USM, so there aren't any issues there while in USM, am I still able to activate the music player via my headset? I do play music quite frequently while I'm travelling, so I'd like to know if that's still possible while in USM.
I upgraded to Galaxy 6 from a 5 and somehow I had profile pictures from FB sync with profile pic (avatar) with my messages. How do I sync to this new system??
Any app that can get rid of the loud volume warning when connecting over Bluetooth? I'm sure if I root, I can do it, but not looking to root. I understand the warning is for safety , but the Bluetooth is really quiet for some reason in my truck compared to my previous phones. I need to have the volume set at full so that I can keep the volume of my truck stereo at a normal volume.
My wife and I both have s5. Mine, no volume change when connecting via bluetooth. But on her's It presents a Volume changed:headset Plugged/unplugged dialogue on the bottom of the screen and turns down system volume. Which is quite annoying and this thing doesn't need with decreasing volume.
Is there a setting somewhere Im missing to shut this off?
I cant figure it out. My phone does not do this, checked with numerous bluetooth devices, mine never does it and heres does.
My Waze volume from my S5 to my Blue Ant speaker has recently become very low. Hardly audible with A/C blowing and radio at normal listening levels. It used to be extremely loud, to where I had to turn it down some. I have phone media volume maxed (after clicking OK to that annoying message about damaging ears), Waze sound settings maxed, and blue ant maxed. BTW, other sounds from the Blue Ant are excruciatingly loud, like "Say a Command," so it's definitely either an issue with a recent S5 update or a Waze update.
I've found that when i'm making a call from my car using Bluetooth the sound is very distorted, and the person receiving the call is having problems hearing the conversation clearly, but i can hear them with no problem. My question is - how can i change the settings on my S2 to resolve this.
So yesterday I went out in my car and figured I wanted to listen to my music on my phone. Normally, I would listen to my music via bluetooth in my parents car but since my car stereo doesn't have bluetooth capability, I had to use USB. I didn't think I needed Bluetooth at the time I bought it since my iPhone that I had before worked flawlessly via USB. The stereo is an aftermarket Pioneer X35UI and all I get on the stereo is USB N/A. I was wondering if there was some sort of software/ workaround that would possibly make this possible to listen via USB. I could always listen via 3.5 mm jack but I wouldn't be able to control the music through the car. I would have to fumble around in my phone which is not good in a driving situation.
Sometimes my phone syncs with outlook immediately, other times it refuses to. Why doesn't it always sync with Outlook whenever I want to check my emails? I have noticed that typically it will sync with Outlook when I check my emails first thing in the morning (say at 0700) but later in the day (say at 1300), it will still say 'last synced at 0700' and the only way I can get it to download my latest emails is to reboot my phone.
A week ago all of a sudden i cant seem to sync my fb to my s6 edge contacts, when i checked the fb app settings, if you keep scrolling down the facebook contacts sync is missing from the app. I'm using an s6 as well and its there and everything is working
When I connect audio via my Bluetooth headset the volume, even on max, is low. Why? If I'm outside I can barely hear anything. It's pathetic. My old M7 was much louder. I rely on my headset whilst driving - it's an LG ToneHow can I fix this without rooting?
Just made the switch from iPhone to Samsung S6 Edge. Therefore I decided to leave iTunes behind and switch to Google Music. I transferred all my music to Google Music and works great from my laptop. The problem is when I try to listen to my music on Google Music from my phone. It only allows me to listen to all of it if I am on wifi. But if I enable the "downloaded only" option only a few of them downloaded. The other ones are grayed out and can't play them unless I am connected to wifi. I have already spent several days trying to make this work! - Yes! I am logged in with the same google account on my laptop and phone.
I have a 2016 tacoma and a s6 edge. When I stream my Bluetooth music it's good. But when I go to am or fm and come back to Bluetooth, it starts the song at the beginning again. Doesn't auto pause like it always has. In my old truck it worked fine. This is a new truck. I tried an old iPhone and it worked fine. I tried the Google play music app and it worked for a bit and it stopped with that too. Not sure if it's my truck or my phone.
