Dec 1, 2015The edge lighting when face down only stays on for 2 seconds then turns off. it would be nice if it stayed on til you pick up your phone.

Jul 9, 2015Just bought a black Samsung wireless charger. I plugged it in at my office. Its charging but the halo isnt fully lighting up? Just a lil blue light in the front is lit? I have seen pictures of the whole halo lighting up blue when charging and green when fully charged. I can't even tell by the LED lights if its charging since its on my desk and I am looking down at it... only my phone's red lil light on top light lets me know its charging.

Cooler master software says phones temperature is about 38 c.

I've noticed that the phone heats up a lot when under a heavy load, which I understand, but when I'm holding it, it feels like it could almost burn me. The phone is not overheating, although when it does heat up I do notice the performance drop. None of this is a dealbreaker, I just wanted to know, is it normal for the phone to get so hot? Is it just because the phone's outer casing is metal and glass rather than plastic that it feels like this?

Dec 21, 2015I had my phone since April 2015 and never had any problems until 3 days ago. When my phone is not using wireless internet (like when I leave my house) and it switches to Mobile Data (4G) it overheats in a matter of minutes and battery starts draining super fast.
I tried the same thing at home, when im using wireless, everything is perfect, no overheating when playing games or using apps and battery life is normal, but when I turn off wireless, the battery drained by 10% in just 2 minutes and the temperature got uncomfortably hot it hurts to even hold the phone.
I have tried Factory Reset like many suggested but that didn't work, it's still causing the same problem. I dont even know why it started doing this, it was fine for 8 months and it's not like I installed anything new lately.

Only if the word can be an emoji and it has a period after. For example, I just typed a sentence and the last word was "soon." I typed out "soon." And my phone sort of auto corrected it to "soon soon." NO matter how many times I tried deleting the second word, every time I put a period, if would add the word again.

Didn't work. Tried hundreds of times now and I'm never prompted to try through gmail again. Logged into my Google Device Manager and Sprint told me (via another phone) I should see an option to UNLOCK the device, yet, only the LOCK option appears as if the phone is lost. Tried that new numeric code set using GDM...doesn't work. I refuse to factory reset.

My settings is all correct and the only way that tab will appear is if I restart my phone and or go into my settings, turn off people edge and back on then it appears again, but only for a little while. Then disappears again, same with restarting my phone. This one of the main reasons I bought this phone.
