When you opened up the app drawer there used to be a tab on top for "apps" and another for "widgets" and if you scrolled through your apps, the next swipe to the right took you to your widgets. Now there's no tab for widgets and if you scroll to the end of your apps you just loop around to the beginning of them again. So where did my widgets go?

When trying to delete it from play store it says: this app is devuce manager app and it has to be stopped before uninstalling (not 1 for 1 because of translation from hebrew)...
Using Nova Launcher rebooting at night while charging and also changing the wallpaper too?
It has happened two night in a row.
Just trying to figure out what's causing the change of wallpaper while charging at night. Can't figure out what's the cause...just thought Nova was the cause as I googled and saw that Nova has done it before

For some reason my counter option in nova settings keeps turning itself off! It'll work fine for a day or 2 then just stop. Open up settings and it's been switched off.

View 11 Replies View RelatedI just got a galaxy s5, wanted to customize the screens and icons a bit more, read about nova launcher and downloaded. Am very happy with the screens and icons, etc. but ever since I did that I can't use google maps gps. What I try to put in an address to ask for directions it says "turn by turn navigation is only available in these location modes: high accuracy (or) device only" Then you have the option of hitting ignore, which means you still don't get directions, or settings, which takes you to the location section of settings. Location is set to on, but I can't see any place where "high accuracy" is an option and don't remember this ever being an issue with my S3 - which is why I think this is related to the Nova Launcher?how to fix it. I'll uninstall the launcher if I have to but wondering if there is an alternative.

The letters and numbers on the pin lock screen are turning into solid white blocks. I know if I restart my phone, it fixes it. But I'm just curious as to what causes it.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI have a Verizon S6. After the 5.1.1 update, most of my widgets aren't working. Some will half work ei: Doggcatcher podcast widget, will not change album art but the play pause button works. Google Play music will not load, Verizon Wireless data usage will not load and the Google search bar will not work.
I have cleared cache, restarted the phone, power cycled . Both gave different results. The power cycle really killed the widget.
Since updating to 5.0 (T-mobile G900TUVU1DOB1), the widgets installed do not update. The Samsung clock widget being the main one for me. I have tried several clock widgets since and they are all the same.Is this a 5.0 error, Samsung issue, or other?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI use both the Gmail inbox widget, which let's me preview and scroll through current mail without opening the Gmail app, and the Google Calendar widget which allows me to preview my calendar in agenda mode.
Both widgets have extreme lag in scrolling. Calendar has lag and sync/updating issues.
It was like this on my Edge (exchanged for regular S6) and on my new S6.
Lately I've been noticing that the displayed time on my home screen widget is inaccurate. A simple tap on the widget seems to rectify things but it's weird. I'm using Transparent Weather Clock but I also noticed the same thing using the 3D Flip Clock widget.
Interestingly, my wife is using the Note 2 and she's having the same problem.
As this is happening with multiple widgets on multiple phones I feel safe in assuming that it's not related to the devices themselves or the widgets per se.
Over the weekend I decided to take a shot with Nova Launcher Prime on my LG G4. One of the things I'd like to do is have a different wallpaper on each of my screens. I've tried using Five Wallpapers, Multi Picture Live and Go Multiple Wallpaper.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI finally got my phone set up the way I wanted it using nova launcher and some icon themes. The first thing I tested was the tap to wake/sleep as I was disappointed to find out doesn't work.
I'd be willing to get a different launcher if it works with the tap feature but my first choice is to get it working with nova.
Ok I have been trying to figure this one out for a few days. I installed Nova launcher and for some reason I cant seem to find the stock messaging app in Nova. It's there in the stock launcher but nowhere to be found in Nova.
