Trying to record a television show using the app Smart Remote on my GalaxyS5 and its asking me for my Username and Password, where can i find the information?

I am now trying to set up a second email address and am doing the following: Setup Setup Wizard Email Setup - this then says Select an email setup option of which there is only one - I want to create or add an email address Click next next page - After you click next the Blackberry Internet Service setup application opens. After you finish setting up your email press the menu key and click close Click next next page - exisiting users type user name and password.
I have tried every thing I can think of that we would have used but no joy. How do I reset or find out what both are?
Everytime I open an app my iphone keeps on asking for the username and pasword. Does anyone know how to stop this?

View 9 Replies View RelatedNo matter what I do in setting up my primary account on my iphone it keeps telling me my username and/or password is incorrect. I'm 100% sure it's correct. The account was working perfectly and nothing changed. I still use the email on my desk top so I know it is valid. It may even fetch the mail occasionally.

Today I tried accessing my email accounts, entered into internet mail account, suddenly my user name and password were blank and I totally forogt them both. I never needed them in the past whenever adding or removing email account, therefore, I never memorized or wrote them down.I am totally out from eamil settings becuase I forgot my internet mail account user name & password.

When the user navigates to the site they are prompted for AD authentication (which is good) they have an option to "remember username", this works fine they enter their username & password and in they go, lovely. However I go back to the site and it allows me straight through, obviously the credentials are being stored, the question is where!?he orange support guys said cookies, now if domain credentials were being stored in cookies (plain text i assume) i would be very scared, i think RIM are more secure than that. Anyway i cleared my browser data and it still lets me straight through so i know its not in cookies. I have looked everywhere my limited knowledge will allow me and i still cannot find anywhere they could be, googled it and drew alot of blanks, i even tried in password keeper and TLS but still nothing.
i asked orange to escalte to RIM themselves as they werent much help and they said they would charge so i told them to naff off. They also told me they couldnt help as they dont support 3rd party apps, i said that the blackberry browser is not 3rd party but i dont think they understood.
Completely new to bb and need to set up my work emails, i have got as far as entering my email address and password, then email server and username pops up, i currently receive all my work emails on Outlook, and need to know how i can find my email server and username.

Although I can sign in Ovi from the internet with my username and passowrd, I cannot do the same from my mobile (already connected through WiFi). When using the same username and passwrod I get the message: "sign-in failed. check your username and password"

For instance, I had to fix my all of my profiles sounds after backing up, and I went to my Blackberry Appworld, scrolled over to My Appworld and it says 'no downloads' and I have downloaded a lot of applications. That's not really a problem for me, as long as I get messages when updates come out for the apps...? Now, I am trying to setup another email address and when going to 'email setup wizard', I am being prompted for a Username and Password. I don't remember ever making a username or password for email setup, but was able to firgure out I could put my PIN in for my password to be sent, which it was. BUT I still do not know what my username is, and I've tried my email addresses with and without what's after the @ and still no luck.

So, i have tryed to change my E-mail account on my blackberry, and i go in to all the setup stuff but it says i need a username and password to continue? So i though this was just my e-mail/password, turns out its not, it just says enter a valid username? i really need to change my e-mail!

So I have moved into a new apartment, and when my iPhone finds the router and tries to log on, it asks for a username AND a password. When I use my Macbook, it just asks for a password, which I enter and get no further problems with. Â
I have tried entering the router's details manually using the 'Other' feature in the Wifi settings, and still cannot log on (either with WPA or WPA2).Â
