View 5 RepliesI got a replacement phone recently and ever since I disabled things and fiddled with my settings S Health pedometer's shoe icon saying "Paused" has been stuck on my lock screen. I don't have S Health or the pedometer turned on or even on my phone. Now my lock screen doesn't tell me what song I'm listening to anymore.

It remembers my personal biometrics but it doesn't have any record of my workout activity from the past two months. How can I get this information restored on the S6?
View 3 Replies View RelatedI updated the s-health app today and I can't find hourly slide bar in the new interface. It would give me a small hourly bar chart, but in the previous version I could slide back and forth through the bar chart, and it would tell me "12:30-1PM, 564 steps". I can't find that information anymore. Where to find that data again?
View 1 Replies View RelatedI was wondering if there was a way to sync my Runkeeper data into the S Health app?
I was under the impression that this would happen automatically.
I have checked my Runkeeper settings and under the sharing settings it says it is connected to S Health however no data has transferred over. Have I missed something?
I have a problem with the heart rate sensor. I don't have no health apps open. I use google fit and some of my apps are connected to it. But while I'm using my phone and i put my finger over the sensor it lights up red! Even a blanket lights it up. I don't know why it started doing this.

is there a way of disabling the voice control feature on the iPhone 4? I'm using the "hold the home button" action for something else by way of Activator and it's annoying that if I hold it a little too long it'll launch voice control.
View 6 Replies View RelatedThe only thing I dislike about my Torch is that every time I'm on a call I accidently put people on mute, hold or sometimes even call someone else. This happens when my ear or face touches the phone. This is hard to prevent so is there a way to lock the screen when on a call.

How to disable the "car mode" feature on the desire model? It turns itself on automatically and when I try to disable it it just turns back on again, it's been going on for weeks and is really annoying because it turns on the loud speaker automatically. There is no mention of a car mode facility in the user guide.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI had 2 separate runs in the same general area today that seem to have had the GPS drop out. Problem being, I thought the pedometer was supposed to take over at that point so that the pace and distance don't get all screwed up. That didn't seem to happen here. I was running an approximately 9 minute pace the whole time, but had it dip down to 17 mins and it would not come back up... I could see this happening for a few seconds, but for minutes at a time? I will attach CSV files for your review.ow could this possibly happen at this point? This is such basic stuff for this watch to be able to do, why cant it hack it? With a pedometer and GPS it should NEVER be this far off. So disappointing.

View 2 Replies View RelatedEver since upgrading the firmware on my Motoactv to MA 1.7.2 E8, I've had a problem with the Pedometer.I can't really say what it is doing on a general day to day basis, but when on the cross trainer at the gym it appears to be losing steps - however, it does appear to be counting them. For example, yesterday morning I went to the gym and as usual I set my Motoactv to Elliptical workout and put it in my pocket. When I started, my steps for the day were around 1700.Part way through my workout, I checked my Motoactv and it was showing over 4500 steps so it all seemed to be fine, and it was clearly registering my "steps" on the elliptical. When I stopped, after 1 hour 45 minutes, I checked my Motoactv and it was showing 1600 steps - less than I started with! According to prevoius workouts on the earlier firmware, I'd expect my steps to be approximately 14000-15000 higher than when I'd started after such a workout. All the stats in "Recent" were consistent with earlier workouts of a similar magnitude and time (i.e. distance, calories, avg/max stride rate). Also, if I look on the Motoactv website, I can see my strides being in excess of 14000.This is the second time I've noticed my steps being way off, though I don't always check my steps. However, I'm fairly certain it was working perfectly prior to the latest firmware upgrade. I definitely clocked more than 20000 steps during the day in the past, so if it is "rolling over" back to zero, it wasn't doing this in the past.

View 15 Replies View RelatedI have entered medical ID info and shared apps links into the Health app on my iPhone 6 (iOS 8.1.1). I am using an iPhone 5s (iOS 8.1.1) to gather sleep data and am sharing it with the Health app. When I open the Health app on that phone (same Apple ID as iPhone 6) none of the data from other apps and medical ID are present on that phone. Is this working as designed, or is there a switch somewhere that will allow me to have one dataset for the Health app across all devices logged in with my Apple ID?
