When I take photos with my S5, it all seems to go well, but then I go to my gallery to view them and I get a error message saying "unable to find item" and there's nothing there. I can take photos within other apps just fine, and video works, just not still photos. Is it my camera? The Gallery? I don't know what to do.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI have the international SM-G920I version of the S6, running the latest 5.1.1 update.Recently, it has started giving me issues in the Google Photos app. I am unable to back up any photos. When I go open the app and go to the Assistant tab, it always shows "Backing up 1 item out of XX".
When I go to the "Backup & Sync" settings of the app, I get constant toast notifications saying "Backing up 1 out of XX". I factory reset my phone and tried again, however the issue persists. I am able to upload photos onto Google Photos using my computer, so it does not seem to be an issue in my Google account.
In the stock Gallery app I chose a few pics to test the Private feature and now I can't figure out how to access them, duh (on my part).

Trying to access Facebok through the BB Facebook icon. It tries to connect but keeps returing the same error message about being unable to find server. I can connect to Facebok through the usual Yahoo, Google but not the Blackberry specific Icon. When I turn on my wireless device it will let me in through the Facebook Icon but not if wi-fi is switched off.

I have a serious problem booting my galaxy s6 g920p. i installed king root on android 5.1.1 and then opened it to root my phone (it was wrong). the phone rebooted after 4% of king root actions, and restart again and again and again!

When I click this option, I see "Checking for new IM updates" .It keeps checking for updates for a min or so then I get a message 'Error: Unable to complete request. Try Again"
I have a proper wifi and so its not a connectivity issue. Previously I have used Nokia chat and I had all services(gtalk,yahoo etc) but recently I had to format the phone, so had to install chat again.
Can anyone help me with this issue ? How can I get this chat to work ? if there a newer version available which I can install directly rather than looking for services.
when I go onto ovi maps I always get unable to connect please try again error message. This has been going on for 2 weeks now but it only effects the maps and store but I can get on every thing else.

I have checked my phone has the most up to date software, and tried phone repair using PC suite, which also fails. Am currently only able to charge via USB, which takes ages. Have only had the phone for a year - and still have 6 months to go on my contract.

I have entered my finger multiple times only to have ever it work for a while then start to fail at scanning. Most of the time it's just not working but other times it comes up with an error message. I have a tempered glass screen protector on it have set it up with it on so I don't think it could be the issue due the working the progressive failure.

View 3 Replies View RelatedFor about a month now I have been unable to take photos with my rear facing camera. When I take a photo using the default camera app it looks like it saved the photo and when I go to look it is a black and white image of a human. It does however save a thumbnail of the picture sometimes. I am able to take pictures (like a selfie) with the front facing camera though successfully.
Here is a screenshot of what my issue looks like. This is after taking a photo with the rear facing camera...
Currently, I have to take pictures with Snap Chat since its the are the only other camera apps that I have on my phone and of course, the quality of those photos are terrible. I can also take a screen shot of the photo as well, but obviously that's not good either. All of these methods save to the SD card.
I have a friend that had the same issue a while back but his works now.

My S6 on AT&T is having sync issues. At girt it was just my Google contacts, every so often they wouldn't sync and when I went to setting it would give a sync error message for my Google contacts. Then I noticed my Outlook app wasn't syncing, only after I opened the app. Now the same is happening with my Yahoo email app.
View 6 Replies View RelatedI was having issues with S-Voice and contacts. To fix the problem I backed up all my contacts to GMAIL. I then deleted my GMAIL account from my Galaxy s5. I then added it back as a new account, and synced the account as a brand new install. Everything worked fine and it restored my contacts and synced everything else in the account except Picasa. Now I am getting the Sync Error message for the syncing for the Picasa Web album. This never happened before.
