BB Bold :: Error Message "Unable To Login

just upgraded to a Bold 9900 and cannot the appworld to work,I have setup my blackberry ID and password with my new phone. However when I try to login with these details I get the unable to login error message, I have reset my password several times and it will not login. What can i do?

I had a curve 8310 on o2 and moved to a bold 9700 still on o2.When i moved i used the desktop manager and did the device switch over, all went well including bbm etc.However whenever i tried to send an email i recieved the error message 'transaction error failure at service' - I tried to log into my bis account online to update my pin but i couldnt log on! i havent changed the password or username since my old blackberry so i cant log on to change it online. on my blackberry when i try to log on to email settings it says the username field is blank!
i called o2 they put me through to geek squad and wanted to charge me to help!!! I havent had the phone 2 weeks yet.Now i think that i need to call o2 again and ask them something like releasing my old pin maybe from my bis account or resetting the bis account,any ideas what i should do or the type of questions i need to ask o2 if i have to ring them again.

When I go to App World to install app, when Verify Blackberry ID, it give me 'Unable to login to your Blackberry ID Account'. I had tried to reset my password and it was successful. I can login to my Blackberry ID on my PC browser.

In short I am unable to login to my Blackberry ID account which means that I cannot update any apps and as such some (like What's App) has stopped working.I have done the reset password thing, I have reinstalled app world, I have typed the wrong password on purpose and then it says wrong password, so it is not that either.

I have recently changed to a blackberry how these stuff work. Anyway, I have keyed in the wrong password too many times (more than 10 times) and after changing my password, my bold says "unable to login to blackberry ID account".
I think the account is frozen - I can log into the normal BB account but not into BB beta. What gives?

I am encountering problem when attempting to sign in to Blackberry AppWorld v3, they said I need to verify my account but when I put my email and password the notification "Unable to login to your Blackberry ID account" appeared. I just got my BB Bold 9900 today, and it was working great, everything was runnng fine, then I seen I needed to update the App World App.Phone reboots and when i go back to try to download some apps, it required me to sign into my BlackBerry ID, big deal right.So I signed in and i receive a message saying "Unable to login to your BlackBerry ID account."It doesn't say please try again later, it says unable to, wtf. I go on my laptop, sign in through there and it works fine, so I tried again on my phone... still not working, changed that passwords a couple times, and it still doesn't work.

When I sign in blackberry app world or when I go to options, device and then bb id it doesn't even sign in there, before 2 weeks I was able to sign in, but now it says Unable to log in to your BlackBerry ID account. du is my carrier and previously I owned a blackberry 9700 and I transferred my data into my bb 9900 but at that time I was able to sign in into my account but now I cant. I cannot download any app I have to download it by a computer and that takes a lot of time. What Should I do?

my job requires me to travel a lot to different countries quite frequently, which also requires me to constantly change to the local sim card for the country that i am in. Whenever i do this, right after the phone fully loads up, it asks me to sign into blackberry ID which i cannot do since i do not always have the BIS/Data active on the local simcard (it doesnt make sense to pay for BIS for every country i visit esp since i could only be there for a few days). Even if i wanted to activate it, i cant go past the log in screen which only allows me to make 3 options...1. Login (which i cant do without data). 2. Make an emergency call?

I just purchased the BB Bold 9900 and switched from my Torch 9800. All seemed good after the Desktop manager data and application switch, then switched to the new PIN on my provider's Blackberry page and everything went smooth.I was able to login to the device Email setup (using Blackberry ID) then also to App World and all worked perfectly.A few hours later, and without any reason, now signing in to Blackberry ID through either the Email setup or App World fails with the error "Unable to login to your Blackberry ID account
I can login with the same BB ID and password on the Blackberry ID website, so the account is not locked out. Also, I am not typing the wrong password on the device, because when I do, I get a different error (the email and password combination is not that of a valid Blackberry iD).So apparently, this is an issue with the actual Blackberry ID authentication module. I read a lot of blogs and forums, and many people said it's due to the cached PIN (since I migrated data from my old Torch). I tried removing App World and re-installing a different version (including the Beta 3.0), still same problem occurs.

When I try to text it sometimes goes through immediately but most times it tries with the red box and check mark and then it gives me a SMS error 97. Sometimes I get an SMS Error 0. I can no longer resend the message. This has never happend with any other blackberry I have had. It always tried to send the message until it got it through. While this is going on I still recieve e-mails and text messages. What is the problem and how can I address it?

When I take photos with my S5, it all seems to go well, but then I go to my gallery to view them and I get a error message saying "unable to find item" and there's nothing there. I can take photos within other apps just fine, and video works, just not still photos. Is it my camera? The Gallery? I don't know what to do.

I installed Nokia Chat from Ovi store on my phone. When I start the chat, I am shown an option "Get the latest IM service"
When I click this option, I see "Checking for new IM updates" .It keeps checking for updates for a min or so then I get a message 'Error: Unable to complete request. Try Again"
I have a proper wifi and so its not a connectivity issue. Previously I have used Nokia chat and I had all services(gtalk,yahoo etc) but recently I had to format the phone, so had to install chat again.
Can anyone help me with this issue ? How can I get this chat to work ? if there a newer version available which I can install directly rather than looking for services.

This week I have been having problems with the above phone, when I try to charge (using the charger supplied with the phone) it is fine for about 1 hour then I get a messgae that their is a charging error. I have checked my phone has the most up to date software, and tried phone repair using PC suite, which also fails. Am currently only able to charge via USB, which takes ages. Have only had the phone for a year - and still have 6 months to go on my contract.
