The samsung s5 photo app Gallery has a folder called studio. When I edit a photo that I just took by clicking on the viewer I can edit the picture but it automatically saves it to the studio folder. Can I change that default to save it in the photo stream next to the original or can I choose a folder to save it to. There doesn't seem to be any way to change that default.

I have my contacts backed up on my PC in PC Studio, although I think I am running an old version (I don't like to update as when I did so before, it deleted all my stored information!)I believe Kies is used instead of PC Studio now, although I have not downloaded it yet. Am I able to import my contacts from PC Studio into Kies?

View 9 Replies View RelatedI just purchased a Mural 6750 and a friend sent me a picture that I wanted to save, so from the menu, I selected "Save Contents" and it told me that it was saved to the "Gallery", well where's the "Gallery"? I looked in the pictures folder and it's empty, and so is the picture folder on the memory card. I looked in the user manual and there's no mention of a "Gallery" anywhere. It seems like when I want to save something, I should be asked where I want to save it to, especially since I have a memory card installed.

Recently my SD card got full while I was taking pictures, and so the new saved pictures were moved automatically to the internal memory. Now, each time I take a photo or a video, it is automatically saved to a "DCIM" folder in the device storage (the photos taken with the Facebook app are saved in the same folder too).Since the folder changed, I have problems with camera apps like the default camera app, the facebook camera app or the paper camera app. They freeze each time I try to take a picture.I also have a problem with the gallery app, which cannot upload (display?) the photos and videos I took anymore. It is refreshing, but nothing shows up.I would like to restore the default gallery folder in the SD card, so that each time I take a photo or a video, it is saved in my SD card.

The install was successful but now i want to delete the install file in c-drive. It went down from 23mb to 15mb i think. Where is the default location for saving so i can delete it?

I would like these files to automatically download to the download folder on my sd card /mnt/external1/downloads. Is there some setting that would allow this?

When I save a new contact from a message or call I've received it saves every number defaulted to a "work" contact. Most of my contacts are mobile numbers rather than work ones. Is there a way to change this default setting? I've searched through the edit options available for phone and contacts but don't seem to see or find the right place to do this. As it is now I have to copy and paste the number from work to the mobile part of the contacts each time I add a new contact this way.

I followed the directions, installed the Studio, installed the USB drivers and then connected my phone. My pc see's the phone as a removeable disk drive but PC Studio will not connect to the phone, but the phone says it is connected.
