Galaxy S5 :: Can't Get Picasa Off Gallery
Apr 14, 2014I have tried to delete pictures and the gallery for Picasa but it won't go away. I have turned off all sync for Picasa but it still is showing up.

Apr 20, 2012I am trying to make Picasa webalbums appear in Gallery, but unfortunately not all of the albums appear. I have enabled Picasa sync from Settings, however the sync icon never diappears. Even when I disable and re-enable Picasa sync, the icon will rotate for a few seconds and then it will stop. It will not disappear as it would normally do after a full sync (that's what happens when calendar, or contacts finishes syncing)
Now, in Gallery, only few of my Webalbums appear. The funny thing is that as the albums load on to the screen some Album Titles flash on the screen quickly, BUT when the loading completes, these albums are nowhere to be found in Gallery.

Aug 7, 2012After the upgrade to ICS (obviously my XOOM wrongly assumes its T-Mobile Germany) my picasa albums are no longer showing in the Gallery app.In Settings -> Accounts & sync -> <my Google account> the "Sync Picasa Web Albums" is missing (not just unchecked - not there). All sync options are checked.I tried deleting an readding my google account and a factory reset without succes. Picasa albums are still not there. My picasa albums are not public but showing fine on my Transformer Pad (also ICS 4.0.3).

Sep 24, 2015The album just randomly appeared with pictures from Hangouts on it. I have searched the net and done everything I have seen and the album won't go away. I deleted the hangout messages, un-synced my email, followed the instructions for going through the app manager and nothing. The photos don't show up in my G+ photos or anywhere else in in my account. The only place I can see them is on my phone and it's really getting on my nerves. I had a bunch of angry drawings (childish!) sent to me with rude things in them and they are stuck in my phone.

Feb 5, 2015I was having issues with S-Voice and contacts. To fix the problem I backed up all my contacts to GMAIL. I then deleted my GMAIL account from my Galaxy s5. I then added it back as a new account, and synced the account as a brand new install. Everything worked fine and it restored my contacts and synced everything else in the account except Picasa. Now I am getting the Sync Error message for the syncing for the Picasa Web album. This never happened before.

Apr 27, 2015Does the S6 Gallery app allow you to share/view your pics and videos on your DNLA TVs? I have a Sony TV with DNLA and I can currently share using the "screen" button at the top of the image/vid.
Not even sure if this is a Lollipop feature or a Samsung Gallery app thing. Assumed the latter as Quickpic doesn't allow this.

Aug 17, 2015I removed/uninstalled the stock gallery app. Even though I have google photo installed, I got an error message when I try to access gallery by clicking the gallery icon in the samsung stock camera app. I also could not set the wallpaper for the lock screen, as when I click the gallery icon in the setting screen, it gave me similar error message saying "app not installed". How I could restore the stock gallery app, or change the default app to google photo (preferred option).

May 17, 2015I have strange error today on my S6, i was taking a picture and go to quick view , when its open i only have one picture in side, no folder with Camera (295 photos in side) no Facebook (56 photo) only that picture what i take that moment. Then i explore folders (DCIM/camera) and all photos and video are there but my gallery only see this last one.
I tray to rename folder name and when i shoot new picture he make new folder (Camera) and i can see picture that i take, now i copy from old folder to this new, and still i don't see other picture,
