Aug 6, 2012I recently bought a nokia 700 (dumping a **bleep** android phone) and I was having a fantastic experience until recently..
Whenever I opened maps it asked me to get maps first (via WiFi etc...). So I finally downloaded about 78 MB of map data for my region directly from my phone. Then, when I tried to open the map app again, I was presented with a black screen and a Loader in the middle and a few seconds later I was brought back to the home-screen. I am running belle FP1! I tried to install Nokia Maps Suite version 2.0 from the nokia store but to no avail. Also, I think that the maps version is 3.0.9. I thought of reinstalling but I cannot find it in installed applications.

Jun 28, 2011Using Bold 9700 Ver # 6.0.0.461 Running updated version of Blackberry Desktop Manager 6.0.1 with Windows 7 and Outlook 2003 with SP3. Use agenda view for calendar, tried the "Show free time in Agenda View" but didn't like it so unclicked it and now, when I open my calendar; the current appts show for a couple of seconds, then it jumps to my last appts in 2014. If I check the free time box again and try to open my calendar it doesn't jump ahead. If I uncheck it again, it jumps ahead again. I've tried turning it off and taking the battery out but doesn't work. The local Telus store never heard of it before.

Now every time i load up chrome. If crashes within 10 seconds using about 1Gb of RAM and 50% cpu. so chrome is totally unusable for me.
What i have done is
-exported all bookmarks from chrome desktop
-deleted all sync data
-removed chrome completely from desktop and laptop
-fully reinstalled android on my phone
-reinstalled chrome on devices
-imported bookmarks via desktop
-let them all resync
Still got the issue. Huge memory leak and crashing.
Nokia Navigation :: Nokia 700 FP1 - Maps App Closes In 3 To 5 Seconds When Opened
Apr 17, 2012There is an update for my Nokia 700. I updated it to the newest firmware and updated Nokia maps to 3. version. After that I wanted to check the map update and when I open the Nokia maps it just shows that application is open and then after 3-5 seconds it closes. I really need to use Nokia maps.

May 20, 2010Have just got my new X6 and its great except that i am having problems with my connection to my bluetooth car kit. It connects fine and has paired with it but it seems to disconnecting every 25 seconds or so and then reconnecting 25 seconds later. Its driving me bananas cos each time it does it the radio cuts out. If i am on a call it seems to keep connection. I fell i may have missed a setting somewhere but cant find anything about this.

I did resolve some apps when all of downloaded apps can't be open like facebook when tapping miliseconds then closes, I resolved by reinstalling, but I face odd automatically closing itself the app angrybirds, while playing it just closes itself, any ideas? Now it will not ring my Phone or my Messages or my Errands unless I have the home page open.
This is bad, because I miss my calls, messages and appointments this way.Â
I don't know if the following has anything to do with it:Â I also have a defective Home button.
It works occasionally, so I usually use the top button on the device to turn it on and a soft button to get to the home page from anywhere.
