Feb 16, 2012my e72 updated to via PC suit ,then automatic mobile off ,then I am remove the USB connection and I try manually switch on,but no on ,still off mode?

Eseries / Communicators :: Switch Mode Doesn't Switch Theme [E72]
Apr 9, 2011So of course there's switch mode from work and "play". I have this issue where when I switch from one the theme changes and if I switch back the theme doesn't change. I thought this would be fix, but I guess I was the only one with this issue. Just updated to .54. I'm of course not going to do anything about it I'll just work with it. Seeing that nothing else is wrong with my phone but that. Which is GOOD. Anyway wanted to see if and one else has this issue. I've had this issue since .52 didn't have it before that.My N8 as current Green running Xeon^4 3.2.1My E72 as backup 1 WhiteMy E63 as backup 2 BLUE (Where's my Icon...?) and..[URL] with the popup notes Nokia sheesh I don't need help from you :/I run Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit/Ubuntu 11.10 64bit on my HP Dv6 1030us (DiViUs)Windows 7 64 bit Pro on my Desktop (Giniro)Green Nokia N8 Current Phone running Xeon^4 3.2.1

Aug 26, 2011When I go to Offline mode I can't switch back to any other mode without having to remove the battery of my E72. I can't even switch off the phone as it freezes. This issue started when I installed the first phone software update last year. Yesterday I installed the latest software but the problem persists.

Jul 24, 2011I took my Nokia E5-00 to unlock it.The display showed the normal screen you see, when the phone is locked.However there was a big black square right in the middle of the screen AND the phone wasn't reacting to inputs.It did not look like a failure of the display itself.Therefore I believed it might be a problem with the OS.Trying to solve it I removed the battery and installed it again a few minutes later.Since then I was not able to switch the phone on any more. It is just doing nothing. Pressing the on/off - button, loading the battery, connecting it to a pc, checking the SIM and SD-card do not make the phone show ANY live sign.Even my PC (Windows 7, connected via USB 2.0 ) does not react to the E5-00 any more.

Dec 11, 2011updated E72 FW to 081.003 Took a backup before and after update Phone was causing some issues after update so formatted it ( *#7370# )Unable to restore contacts, but messages restore fine On trying to restore contacts, the process fails and the phone disconnects and asks for a restart. post restart there are no contacts as before.Tried restoring from both pre and post update backups Contacts are present in the backup file (checked using free Noki, contact count is correct but the free version will only allow access to 50 contacts)

Jun 20, 2011Since updating my E71 to v500, and then to v510 just recently, I have been suffering from terrible battery life when the phone is connected to a WiFi access point. I'm sure it's not a hardware problem, as I noticed it as soon as I first updated to v500. If I leave the E71 connected to WiFi, my battery will be flat in just a couple of hours and the phone is noticeably hot to the touch. I initially thought it may be the battery being a problem, so I bought a new one but still exactly the same.
On another point, the Podcasting application is now terribly slow. I wish I would have never updated from V300, which was fine. I've tried reinstalling the F/W a few times, and not restoring from a backup, but still the same problem. I also read in another thread that someone deleted the Lotus Notes application, and it fixed this problem, but alas, has not done so for me.

Feb 6, 2012I am using a Nokia e63. At first, my WhatsApp wouldn't open and my phone is really slow anyway. So I synced my contacts, messages, photos and videos to my Nokia Suite, then did a hard reset to my phone; the *#7370#. When it's back on, I try to use messaging but it won't open. Downloaded WhatsApp again and it worked fine. Synced all nicely except for the messages. Guess it's because the messaging won't open. What's wrong with it. Furthermore, there's also other software that is preinstalled when I got it that won't open but I don't use them anyway. But I need my messaging. So please help.Also did the hard and soft reset again, still won't open. Got my friend to send me a text to see if I can receive it but I can't. So messaging not opening, not receiveing text, can't read texts since the program won't open.
