Eseries / Communicators :: View Tamil Fonts In Nokia E63?
May 17, 2011Hi.. I have a Nokia E63 and I am not able to view Tamil Language(An Indian Language) fonts when I browse the net. At the same time I am able to view Hindi Language(Another Indian Language fonts). Is there any way I can install Tamil fonts in my phone or anyother way of viewing tamil fonts?

Dec 31, 2011I dropped my phone in water and then I dried it with a blow dryer put it in rice. Then it turned on a seems to work fine except when I use the keypad only the number symbol comes up or a square. Like no numbers or letters come up. I cant type messages. And when I scroll through my inbox it marks all the messages. I am confused I think my number lock is on or something.

Oct 27, 2011I recently got myself an E7-00 after using a E71 for two years. In the E71 I often saved entries in the calendar as a Memo entry. I backed up the E71 and restored to the E7 and have all my entries back in the calender but now I find that I cannot open the memos that I saved. I am able to edit them but they then change into a regular entry. I see that I cannot choose a memo entry when I add a new entry to the calendar, so apparently this functionality was dropped for some reason.
This is very annoying as I cannot get to the info I saved now. Is there a way around this to get this type of entry back? Or at least to look at my old entries?

Aug 1, 2011(This used to work before on other Nokia-phones) When I try to add a new email POP3 account of type "other" from within Nokia Mail I get a prompt with a @ where I put my name before, as usual, but it's not possible to write the domain after the @ - the cursor refuses to move beyond the @ ! If I skip the domain part and press OK it responds "Invalid email address" The E6 is freshly updated to 22.014.

Oct 23, 2012I keep getting the 'C' memory low message. I only have 17.7mb left I have most items on E mass memory. I Have gone through the C memory and the below are the only items with any significant file size. Config = 86kb, Log = 157kb, Mail for exchange 26kb, Place widget 17kb, Sound files 118kb, adimagetemp 12kb, Bur_debug 43kb, debug.log 21kb, ka3d-log.txt 89kb, MdfpluginArchive.txt 27kb, Everything else is eithr 0 or bytes only, with about three more less than 10kb each.
what I can delete safely. I am no expert, however I do not see why the above quantity should be using up so much on the C memory?
I have taken back to factory settings and transferred data to PC under Nokia Suite Make Space option.

Sep 22, 2011I sent my less-then week old E6 in for repair becuase of the restart-problem. I called them on monday, and was told I'd get a call from a cust service rep. I called again today (Thrusday), and was told someone would call w/in 48 hours. Remarkably, I actually received a call.
They could not fix the E6 They offered a new, not-refurb'd N8, and not an E6 as a replacement, citing the N8 as an "upgrade".
Figure that one out.Worst_Service_EVER I do not want the N8, as it has no qwerty keyboard, but that was the only option given. She gave me 2 days to call her back after thinking about it.

Apr 25, 2012Iv been using this phone for like 2 years and its working allright but since today i tried installing NetQin mobile guard on my phone but my phone got stuck and rebooted itself,after that it kept on turning on and rebooting itself.
i tried every method,hard reset,soft reset,taking out the sim card and memory then turning it on but no use! somthing must have gone wrong with the firmware but i cannot reinstall it because when ever i connect my phone with my pc and nokia pc suite,the phone doesnt stop rebooting so everytime the connection also fails.i dont understand that what should i do with my phone,i cannot find any solution to it.
