E75 I deleted a file Menu>office>file mgr.>nokia>download> some file (dont remember the name may be "download.")I but it was the file used to download any files in the phone. how can i recover this system file.

By mistake I deleted a file from phone memory in the file manager. Is to important to have all the orgianal files in the file manager or do I reload the software. What do I do. i have a E 7.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI deleted the backup file while trying to update to 5.1.1. My phone wouldn't update and I read that I needed to delete the previous backup (bad idea). Well after I updated OS I can't backup to get my previous files and contacts. This is horrible and I am lost at this point on what to do. And I haven't been using iCloud.

I installed Easy Voice Recorder app on the phone (Z2), then recorded some 30 recordings.  Then (just now) I wanted to move those files onto my sd card to remove them from the phone and transfer to my computer, and instead seem to have by mistake touched the 'trash can' icon when I was in the file management screen, and now the files are not showing up in the app.

I know that files can be recovered from flash drives! I have done it before. Unfortunately the software I used before will not recognise the iPhone as a drive of any kind flash, external or hard!
I have not synced the phone either by iCloud or physically to my PC since deleting, so recovery is not possible via iTunes. I have a PC so I am unable to use 3rd party software such that only works on MACs (disc drill for example)
What I am getting at is, can it be done? I am not sure it can unless it is possible for my PC to see the iPhones flash drive as a PC recognisable (for want of a better word) flash drive!
I have also tired other 3rd party software that CLAIMS it can recover lost/deleted files from an iPhone but guess what.. Yep, all of them are unable to see the flash drive of my phone.
So, is there a PC owner out there that has successfully recovered a deleted files from an iPhone?

After confirming OK it shows up again and again. You are able to pick up a phone call but the warning sign stays on display.
