I've a Nokia E6-00, when I want to watch live (i.e. a TV channel) from the website, I see perfectly the video but have no audio (and volume setting is at the top). I've tried with headphones, loudspeaker, in dual mode (3G and GSM).

Recently, whenever I try to sign into Windows Live Messenger using Nokia Chat, I get the "request could not be completed" error. This happens regardless of using Wi-Fi or mobile data. I reinstalled the chat client to no avail. Using Anna v25.007 (if the solution entails upgrading to Belle, it's not a step worth taking).

View 2 Replies View RelatedI bought a Nokia E7 yesterday. My previous phone for E61i. I see that the speaker volume is too low in E7. I have set the volume to max using the volume control but still the volume is too low compared to E61i. I find it difficult to do calls with loud speaker on. I do lot of conf calls and this is very important for me.
I did few video recordings and found that the sound output is sort of metallic.
I can't get music streaming in the home media application to work on my E52. I start the home media app, browse servers and find my Synology NAS that is connected to my router. I select it and see its shared folders. I select the music folder and see all the artists and songs on my NAS server. So far so good. When I select a song a question pops up "Select device: (no servers found)". Can someone help me? I don't know if it's the phone, the router or the NAS that needs configuring.

View 1 Replies View RelatedThere are a few live streams I like to watch daily but what I've noticed since getting my S6 is that the stream works when on wifi but will not work if I'm not connected to wifi. Unfortunately a lot of time I don't have wifi available but I still want the stream - I have a great data plan so no concerns there. I have a feeling it must be some sort of data saving default that's put in there which says don't stream unless there is a wifi network available. Is there a way to turn this off so that I can stream live video without wifi?

I am trying to view live racing and football streams from an online bookmaker (UK), however the streams generally fail to load.
Is it possible to go to a radio stations' web site and use their streaming audio or 'listen live' feature? I had no problems doing this with my last smart phone (Samsung). Apparently the BB platform doesn't support streaming audio. Why not is my question and is there an application to remedy this. This is my first BlackBerry and although I really like the phone.. the user interphase leaves a lot to be desired.

It would play on the YouTube app on the S6. I've tried everything I can think of, including restoring the entire phone twice.
The same video can be played just fine on my old Note 2, Note 4, Galaxy Tab S tablet, as well as my Macbook Pro.
I just bought an E55, my first impressions are excellent, except for one thing: the volume of the music player when using the provided headset is too low! Also trying other headsets didn't help much.When setting the maximum volume, it can be ok for a quiet environment such as home, but it's still useless on the road, in the underground, and in other noisy environments where the ambient noise covers the music.The same files play much louder when using the same headset on my old Nokia 5300.I also tried playing around with the equalizer but it didn't help. Is there any way to work around this? Some hidden settings? Some other music player I can install? Some better headset?

Compared to my N8, where I have crystal clear sound in the speaker, my E7 has low volume and a "metallic" tinge to the sound. I just now made a Skype call and it was the same there.

I Have gone through the C memory and the below are the only items with any significant file size. Config = 86kb, Log = 157kb, Mail for exchange 26kb, Place widget 17kb, Sound files 118kb, adimagetemp 12kb, Bur_debug 43kb, debug.log 21kb, ka3d-log.txt 89kb, MdfpluginArchive.txt 27kb, Everything else is eithr 0 or bytes only, with about three more less than 10kb each.
what I can delete safely. I am no expert, however I do not see why the above quantity should be using up so much on the C memory?
I have taken back to factory settings and transferred data to PC under Nokia Suite Make Space option.
