MacBook Pro: 15 Mbps down, 1 Mbps up, 70ms Ping
iPad: 14 Mbps down, 1 Mbps up, 90ms Ping
iPhone 3GS: 3 Mbps down, 0.5 Mbps up, 600-700ms Ping
When I ran the speed tests, each device was the only one operating on the wireless network at the time. I also tried 2 other speedtest apps on my iPhone and they produced similar results.Do you think Apple will replace my iPhone, or will they just tell me it's operating normally and to deal with it?
I bought a new sony spiro this weekend and so far has been a pain in the back. It resets when I try to access the camera, sometines it stops playing music at random times, or it simply stops reading my micro sd. Today I installed the newest firmware, but still the same problem continues.

View 19 Replies View Relatedis there anyway i can reinstall c3 firmware, since i have 7.20 rm-614. im facing a couple of bugs like there numbers in my call log that aren't even my contacts, i still see their names & cant even delete thm either it says "invalid selection". (even after restore factory settings).. plus my conversations menu showing a couple of msgs as standalone. apart from that i cant see Internet videos no matter what i do. i've followed a way to do it, a lot of people were succesful in doing it but i cant get it to work. i guess reinstalling firmware might work.

I tried to install it, which was a mistake During the installation Suite lost connection to the phone and as I checked the phone it was in test mode. It didn't respond to any keys so I had to remove the battery. After that the phone has been dead. When I try to boot it up or try to hard reset it with three-finger-salute the only response is a short vibration. After vibration the phone stays dead.Removing battery does not change anything.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI work with a Nokia C5-00 operator locked (Movistar Spain) one month ago. When I connect it thru Ovi Suite (in a Windows 7 box), a firmware update was available, and yesterday I tried to do the upgrade.
Ovi Suite detected my phone, and a few moments later, backup its contents, and started to download the new firmware. Troubles came when Ovi Suite began to do the update, as it failed with a "Network Connect Error" when started to do the process.
Screen of my phone went completely white, and after disconnecting the USB cable, the phone simply died, except when I press the red button (it makes a vibration, but screen doesn't turn on). If I reconnect the phone to the computer, Windows try to install a "Nokia USB ROM" device, but unsuccessfully.
Can I make a sort of "reset" to revive my phone?
Is this official firmware that is coming for our C6-00 devices?

View 8 Replies View RelatedI was updating my Nokia C5-00 (RM-645) from Nokia Ovi Suite 3.1.1.90 (latest downloaded today). I was updating to latest release of 071.005. C5-00 battery was fully charged and I was updating through my laptop. Nokia Ovi suite downloaded firmware (some 128mb). while installing after some 4-5 min in the midway of installing it noticed "something wrong". It instructed me to remove micro usb from phone and reconnect it. I did like that again and again it gave same instructions and at last nothing happened.
Now my phone is switched off and it's not getting on... I can feel the vibration when I press Power on button but It's not working and even I tried (*+3+Green+Power on) button combition to reset, even that's also not working.. Now if I connect to Ovi suite, my phone is not ditected by Ovi suite. what I have to do now?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI owned nokia C6-01 for about 2 months and update my firmware to PR1.2. I also put the 'notification widget' on my first homescreen. The notification will notify incoming message and miss call event. Recently, I noticed that widget didn't prompt any message notification even though I received a new message. I thought this must be widget problem. So I remove that widget.
However, when received new message, the phone not show a new message alert. But, the message icon (on top right,if in portrait mode) can be accessed to preview the message. To revert back my phone to normal, which to normalized 'notification widget', I restarted the phone. And put back 'notification widget' on my first homescreen. Then, everything was fine. Until for a few days,the problem same still after my phone.
I have C3-00 with firmware v8.71. I noticed that when making or receiving a call, even with the volume set to 10 bars, when someone is standing next to me, he cannot hear the voice of the one am talking to. My friend has C3-00 with firmware V8-63, when he receives or makes a call, when you are standing next to him, you can hear the voice of the person he is talking to and you can reduce the volume in order for somone next to you not to ehar what you are discussion. Is it about the firmware or is it just my phone?I want to know so if I have to reverse back to V8.63 by flashing the phone or maintaining V8.71.
