My C6 connects to my wifi connection successfully and passes the internet connectivity test too.. However once its connected it does not open any page, marketplace don't open, facebook don't work.. All show "Cannot connect to server".
View 1 RepliesYesterday morning, a little after 7:15a, my iPhone 5 stopped receiving internet information. The connection had ceased. There was still a strong LTE and Wifi signal, but no connectivity. I turned off and on the calling/LTE and wifi setting, as well as powered down the phone, but still no connectivity. Phone appears to be getting the signal, but will not connect. Call and text messages work, but no internet connection and zero apps working.

I'm getting this weird problem of invalid server name each time i try and connect my c5-03 to a wifi connection..at home i'm using connectify software ...i've set it on an Ad hoc mode but everytime i try starting the browsing it says invalid server name.

all the browser settings are on hotspot browser but the wifi will not work.

I re-applied the connection settings, but my phone keeps randomly disconnecting from the Internet. I usually turn it off and restart it in order to get connected once again. But in a couple of hours, the problem resurfaces.

He ended up with some weird setting that made the wifi disconnect from the devices if they were dormant for more than 5 minutes. My phone went off line. I guess the setting was changed back because our other laptops connect and his iPhone connects but my unrooted HTC One on AT&T keeps giving that DNS error when I attempt to connect through Chrome or the stock browser. Nothing works...It says I am connected. It says I have an excellent signal but nothing will connect.

Every time I try to connect this message always appears "Temporary Network Problem" and "Link Not Available." Only the Bluetooth that works well. View 2 Replies View Relatedthere seem to be a bug that I dont seem to be able to find out how to fix, the problem is that i dont want the phone to connect to a wifi network everytime it recognizes one, basically i have few prefered wifis that i use, but i do not want the phone to connect to them automatically. what i already tried is disabled wifi scanning, filtered out those networks that i dont want it to connect to automatically - still no luck. What i wouldnt like to do is delete the networks to enter the password everytime i want to connect...isnt there an easier way around, at least for the phione to ask before connecting to the wifi...

I'd like to continue using my Blackberry Bold 9000 as a free wi-fi only internet access device and install the Google Voice app so my kids could text message and make phone calls via the Google Voice app and phone's wi-fi connection. While my BB Bold is able to connect to our home wi-fi network like in the past it doesn't successfully connect to the internet and gives me the following message: "Unable to connect to the internet, please try again later."

i cant connect to the internet without wifi and i have tried adding my friends on BBM and it just says pending they have tried adding me and all they get is an error message. i have tried registering to the host routing table but have not recieved anything back how long should this take to work?

Last weekend she asked me if i could update her software, and i did so from the Blackberry Desktop Software and updated to OS6. Everything was working fine until we found out that it only connects to the internet if i use data service, but i dont want to because we have wi-fi at home. When i turn data services and while roaming OFF, and put wi-fi preferred, and when i try to open a web page in the browser it pop ups a window saying "Data Services are disabled. Go to Mobile Network to enable".

The problem comes when I try to use one of the apps which needs and internet connection (Blackberry App World, Facebook, Google, etc.). All of these apps generate an error message saying that they are having trouble connecting to the internet and that I should verify my network connections. This leads me to believe I have a setting wrong somewhere.

It shows the complete signal strength of my WiFi signal but unable to browse. It hits an error message 'Unable to fconnect to the server'.
The google talk app works when BIS was connected. But, over WiFI it doesnt work.
I have just purchased a used Satin phone and I am having problems trying to connect to the INTERNET using the WI-if. I can go to websites but when i try to log-in it goes back to the menu screen. Other fact:
1. never had this issue in wp8.0
2. all other gadgets (laptop, note, galaxy tab) do not have issue with connection and internet to the wifi router at home
3. NL1520 sometimes have internet connection when connected, but I cannot tell the pattern (I thought it was limit of connection, but it wasn't).
4. If connect my laptop to router, and then make my laptop as an internet router(use Spotify for example), NL1520 can connect to laptop's wifi and ALWAYS have internet connection (this has been my work around solution)
5. NL1520 can connect to other router in public just fine, so only my router at home.. but fact the other gadgets has no issue, I assume it is NL 1520 issue
