I am having problems receiving text messages with the C6.00. Sometimes I have to turn my phone off and then back on again to retrieve my messages? I have restored my phone back to factory settings (Settings/Phone/Phone MGMT/Factory Settings), but still the problem persists.

I have to read that message and then the notification goes from the screen. It happens everytime I restart my phone. (hard/soft reset)?

At the moment it gets up to about 2000 texts and then I have to delete them either one by one or the entire inbox at once. I have the sent messages set to hold only 100 texts but cannot work out how to do this with my inbox.

When I send a SMS at the end of the text wrote by me the system appends another message already sent to other contacts. I like the phone very much but there is a serious problem with the operation of the email software. Almost every time I try and open an email I get a message "Mail out of memory. Restart application". Occasionally I get the "java/lang" memory error that others have referred to. This renders the email function virtually useless. I am using the phone's standard built in email program. I delete all old emails. I have no games or apps installed on the phone and the phone memory (as opposed to the card memory) is showing 20% free.

The bar on the top of the screen between the "select a profile" and the "search magnifying glass" where the notifications pop up not sure what that page is called but in this slide down screen under Text Messages I have a text message that is staying at unread. Even though I have deleted the text message and I've tried everything to try and get it to go away. Today I have a Blackberry Messenger Message that won't delete as well. Does anyone else have this problem and figure out a way to refresh and get ride of it? I've tried turning the device on and off a few times but doesn't fix the issue.

This has happened twice in the last 15 days.
As I had done a backup a month ago, I ws able to retrieve most of the contacts. But those ones which I added in the last 15 days could not be retrieved. Is there a solution or some setting changes that i need to do for the contacts list deletion problem?
I just want to know if there is a way that I can open my text message "inbox" without haivng to open a new text message that I have. I used to have a droid. When I clicked on the message icon, it would open to the full inbox, just not the conversation with the new text message. I want to know if there is a way I can do this with my iPhone as well.

His text message gets interrupted halfway through by an old message he sent before (be it a previous message from a few minutes ago or from weeks ago!) It only happens with texts from him, no-one else. I've tried deleting our conversation but it makes no difference. It's getting so frustrating cos I have to keep asking him to text me again and a lot of the time I just get another 'cracked' text!

When I try to forward a text message to more than 10 people by using the contacts menu to select the recipients, the message changes from text message to multimedia message.
Since, I do not have a subscription for multimedia messages with my service provider, the message remains in the outbox and never gets sent.
Can someone advice why the text message converts to multimedia message? How to prevent this from happening everytime I send/forward text message to more than 10 people from the contacts list?
