Cseries :: Possible To Improve Signal Level By Any Means?

I found a product in some online shopping sites that a signal booster sticker that can be stuck at the back of the battery to improve signal level.Though it looked a bit ridiculous to me, I just wonder whether it works. I face serious kind of signal loss once I enter my apartment, which suddenly drops to 2 bars while outside it is full. Is there any way to improve signal level? My C6-01: Now running on Nokia Belle!

When I had first got my phone I was surprised that I was able to get a signal at work when I was never able to with other phones. The phone would go into roaming to achieve this. Now after several updates to my phone and what not I still am not able to obtain a signal where before I had no problems getting one. A friend at work who is also with Sprint is able to obtain a signal with a old crappy flip phone! I've tried downgrading my phone, trying different versions of the OS and have not been able to get a signal again. Is this a problem with my phone or is it in relation to something else?

Finally i got my x10 from SE service center with MB replacement. i need to prevent the problem causing again which was motherboard faulty due to my location is low level gsm signal strength. so what should i set up in the hand set to prevent this?

I just received my Verizon Xoom back from Motorola for the 4G upgrade, the Xoom had 3G signal level before it went in for the 4G upgrade, now it shows no signal level, I checked in "Status", it shows 0dBm in signal strength and network is listed as "Unknown"..this Xoom is not activated and was not activated when it went in for the 4G upgrade, but it DID show 3G signal strength before the upgrade and "Network" was listed as "Verizon".

There was me thinking only the Iphone 4 had this issue! It drops from say 4 bars to about 1. Holding the top end seems OK. It is holding the phone "normally" or holding the bottom end which almost kills the signal.

is it possible to switch off or almost switch of the backlight when using a GPS navigation? I do not need to watch the display as I follow the voice instructions from OVI maps and I think it could increase the battery life of my phone. Is there any way to use something like profiles using different backlight levels and only switch them easily by demand?

When i insert a sim card into the sim 2 slot, the sim is detected but no network reception. Ive tried with different sim cards and the same thing happens. The signal comes once in a blue moon and dissappears almost immediately/?

I have nokia C7 handset with symbian belle. The GPS navigation was working fine until recently but it has suddenely stopped working. The GPS locates my position, the navigation calculates the route..but after a while it says "GPS signal lost". Has it got anything to do with servers? connections? Because all other map apps are working fine.
