Yesterday I was having trouble connecting to the media web home so I turned the phone off then back on again. I thought that might solve the problem but it made things much worse. When the phone powered back on it some how reset itself and i've lost all my texts and photos. It will not connect to the internet through media web and all themes and wallpaper settings are gone. I don't know what to do with it short of taking it up to the AT&T store to see if they know what is going on.
My stupid phone has reset itself for no reason. Is there any way of getting any of the lost data back? Also the phone now wont allow me to connect to my wireless internet despite having received internet settings from my service provider.
What is the hard reset key of the Nokia C3-01?When I was trying to update the software of C3-01 using the Nokia Ovi Suite, it said there was an error. Then the phone was shut down and can not turn it on any more.I found the nokia website that says I can use the hard reset key for reset the hardware, but it doesn't show the hard reset key about the C3-01.Do anyone know about the hard reset key of the Nokia C3-01?

I am having a few problems with my phone and am thinking of doing a Factory reset and backup restore.
1) The factory reset has two options - Factory Reset and Factory Reset with Data. What is the difference between the two? Factory Reset = What settings are reset? I assume all installed applications / data is maintained? Factory Reset and Data = I assume this is similar to the other reset but it also removes all custom data from the two internal memory areas (phone and mass memory)? Am I right in thinking that anything on the micro SD card is kept?
2) Phone Back up & Restore? Does anyone know what data/settings are backed up and can be restored? As an example, if I performed a full backup of my phone (including music and ringtones) and then did a full factory reset including data, would the restore put my phone back in exactly the same postition I was in when the phone was backed up and before the factory reset? Does this include homescreen and menu format changes? On my 6700 the restore would only restore apps / settings but not menu structure and I had to reinstall apps installed on my external memory stick (such as Opera).
i just need an advise or explanation regarding my c6-01..the upper touch screen of my c6-01 suddenly dont respond for a reason..i dont know what might be wrong but when i reset it (3 button trick)the part of screen(upper part) partially work..but not the whole screen.. i dont know if this might be a software problem or hardware problem
My iPhone 4S is shutting down without warning, no low battery warning or anything, and it will not come back on until I reset it. Today the battery has been at 100% charge all day, and I have been using the phone, apps, messaging, etc.
I seem to be having an issue with the memory on my Desire..I'm getting the low space warning, however I hardly have anything on my phone memory :s
My settings state I have 2.78gb available on my sD card and 16.09mb on my phone. I only have 15 apps downloaded of which 9 are on the SD card - the others won't move. I regularly "clear data" from apps. I hardly have any text messages saved, apart from one thread of 3000 messages that I'm slowly deleting my way thru!
My HTC Desire keeps shutting down by itself without warning. At first, I thought I must be touching the button as I put it into my holster, but it has now done it just sitting on the table.
i did a factory reset after installing the new firmware & all of a sudden the device seems to act a lot faster and better. It had issues after the update, but i formatted the whole device (first the memory card, second the mass memory, and third the c: ) and it seems to be workin a lot better. However, the inbuilt themes look dull. I went to www.mibile9.com and downloaded a couple of s60v5 themes. While installing, i get a warning, 'application is incompatible with this device. Continue anyway?' would it be safe to install these? I know they're not viruses because a friend installed them on his 5800XM with no problems. I'm wonderin if installing an 'incompatible' theme would make my N97 suck again. I've got another question. As far as i know, the 5800XM and the N97 use the same OS. The themes installed fine on my friend's XM, with no warnings (other than application is untrusted). Why am i receivin the incompatible warning on the N97 then? Laugh, and the world laughs with you. Cry, and the world laughs louder :-)
I don't know if this is normal, but my Nokia 5230 doesn't warn me that the battery is low and needs to be recharged. All the cell phones I had in the past gave same kind of sound warning that the battery was running low, but not Nokia 5230. Today, I overslept again, because the battery died during the night and the alarm won't work on a dead battery. Is there a way to activate some kind of sound warning? Or where can I check the battery status? Couldn't find that either.
For starters, my battery indicator does not seem to work. Even taking that into account, I manually check it constantly and it's at 100%. It never goes below that because the phone just suddenly goes black (and dead) every single day. There is no warning, nothing. So, I will recharge it and it shows that it IS charging though it will again be fully charged in about two hours. It is on the charger overnight, but will suddenly go totally black/dead every late afternoon without fail. Today, it happened even while I was typing. No, I haven't bought a new battery - I have taken it out and put it back in. I'm not convinced the battery is the problem.
The update today started downloading at my phone (still at 0%) and the phone started to get really hot. When I looked at it, it said I had low storage and needed to make some space for the update. However, the storage shows I am only using 7 gigs of space, so I have plenty left.
I've recently purchased a Samsung Omnia SGH-i900. I'm happy with the phone except that it dies within about 20 seconds of showing the first (and only) low battery warning. With other phones I've owned,I usually have at least half an hour of battery life from when the first low battery warning is displayed. Do any other Omnia owners have the same problem? I'm wondering if this a problem with the phone or the battery?
I was just going to call my wife, but realised that she was gone from my contacts and not just her but all my contacts, yikes! So I checked the adressbook on my iMac and on iCloud and there are no contacts there either.
