am getting serious problem affter up dating my c3 to c3.5.am not abble to download my stored at OVI contacts nearely 850 telephone numbers.What should i do to revive my contact.
View 1 RepliesI have nokia C5-03. I was silly and updated the software and the maps. Till the updating method everything works fine. After updating, the gps navigation does not work in offline mode (in online mode works fine). When I switch to offline mode (with only built gps, ofcourse without A-gps) -the c5-03 can find the gps coordinates quickly in my house, so the hardwer works absolutely fine - and try to give a target in car driving mode, c5-03 tells me that from this place there is no road available with car. In pedestrian mode the situation is the same, only the message is a little different. I tried to delete the cities dir, and rebuild and reload all from nokia suite with PC, but no changes, Offline navigation does not work. I rebuild the new software again, but without success. how to down-grade to the previous working fw?

View 2 Replies View RelatedI work with a Nokia C5-00 operator locked (Movistar Spain) one month ago. When I connect it thru Ovi Suite (in a Windows 7 box), a firmware update was available, and yesterday I tried to do the upgrade.
Ovi Suite detected my phone, and a few moments later, backup its contents, and started to download the new firmware. Troubles came when Ovi Suite began to do the update, as it failed with a "Network Connect Error" when started to do the process.
Screen of my phone went completely white, and after disconnecting the USB cable, the phone simply died, except when I press the red button (it makes a vibration, but screen doesn't turn on). If I reconnect the phone to the computer, Windows try to install a "Nokia USB ROM" device, but unsuccessfully.
Can I make a sort of "reset" to revive my phone?
I have a nokia C7 and a few daysago I made last updated Nokia Belle. So far so good, if not by mistake, I used the programand I tampered Xplore sis and in folders that you are confused. As soon as the phone hasproblems, I thought the hard reset would fix it and in part it was so, it was not for the fact that I can not access programs: Nokia store, Nokia maps, Shazam, Traveler, F -Secure, social, and probably others. Every time I sign into an email account it adds that email account to my contact card. It keeps changing my name to my Google+ name despite me changing and SAVING a different name. It keeps updating my picture when I have set it to a blank picture. It keeps adding the phone # etc etc etc. I just want my contact card blank to be honest. Why is that when I edit and save it, it undoes everything I do?

I synchronized my X10mini pro with the SE service [URL] and all contacts were uploaded successfully. I edited a contact (changed the e-mail address from "home" to "work") through the web interface and saved it.-However, when checking the contact through the web interface, it appears blank (I've tried using both Firefox and Internet Exploder, logging in and out etc)...When synching from the phone, the contact showed up with the updated information, so that worked fine, but it's not good I can't see it anymore....

I'm getting error while editing contact list in E5. I'm able to open the list but when I try to edit it, I get another screen says 'Configure Facebook - Yes/No?'.
I don't want to configure Facebook and don't know how to avoid this.
I'm experiencing a problem with my contacts and trying to sync Facebook information. Before I would update my Facebook contacts it but the link to the Facebook profile and updated the photo. Now it's not updating photos and putting a "0" under Facebook field in the contact.

THe problem is that the contact search is not working ie, when I open the dialer and enter some numbers, the phone does not search any contacts with those alphabets.The same was working fine few days back.
