BB Software :: OS6 Calendar A Small Bug In The French Version?

In the meeting booking feature, English version, when I choose a weekly recurrence, the days of the week are represented this way:I choose a day by selecting the corresponding letter... works fine.
In the French version, the letters are not in the right order:M M J V S D L It should be: L M M J V S D.When I select a letter, I choose the wrong day... A small but very confusing detail. It should be corrected in a future version.
After I updated to Belle I am experiencing some problems reading the calendar appointments. When expanding an appointment in calendar view to look at details font is very small. I think this is a persistent bug because neither in edit mode fonts get larger.
Just noticed that when look at Calendar icon located inside a folder the date is 1 day behind. Today it shows the 2ed. When I click on the folder and the Calendar icon goes to full size it shows the 3rd and still the 2nd on the small view icon. At first I thought the in folder icon just showed a fixed number (like the weather app) but it changes each day and is always behind.
Since the upgrade to ver. 4.1.83, the calendar widget on the home screen just shows 31 and says calendar. It used to sync w/ google calendar and show the current date and upcoming scheduled events. Is it just me or is this a general issue which get addressed in a future update?
Before I updated my iPhone, I was alerted by any event saved in my Calendar app. But ever since I updated to the iOS version 5 I don't get alerted by anything anymore.
I have recently upgraded to OS6. Before the upgrade, I used to be able to switch from English - French as a display/input language and now it seems that I can't. I have search for similar issues on the forum, but I'm a little bit confused... and I hope someone can clarify the situation for me! Is French available on OS6 yet or I have to wait? (reading the forum, I've learn that not all languages are available at the moment)If French is available, how do I add the language?Some users have said that to add a language, you have to go in the Desktop Software --> Applications. I have just travelled from England to Switzerland via France. Both in England and Switzerland the newly installed gps on my E52 took me to Dover and from the Swiss border to my destination respectively on the fastest route using mainly motorways.
In France, however, the gps tried to get me to leave the motorway at every junction even though there were no obstructions and the motorway was obvioulsy the fastest and shortest route. I have checked all my settings to make sure, for instance, that toll roads are allowed. I changed from optimal fastest then to shortest route. All to no avail. The man keeps saying "take the next exit".
My son - who has used the Nokia gps for a while - does not appear to have the same problem.

I recently updated my device (Curve 8520) software to version 5.0.0.1036, since then I don't have French in my languages anymore.When trying to add this with the Desktop Manager, the language is not mentioned in the Application List.

My phone recently decided that it was going to label the social widget in french but nothing else. It doesn't changed anything else into french though, and as far as I can tell doesn't cause any other issues, it's mostly just annoying. I have already tried rebooting the phone and nothing changed.
I have just received a "Blackberry Bold 9700 Unlocked International Version" which i purchased from Amazon.Com. "This is supposed to be a new unbranded unit".
The installed software version is 5.0.0.351 with platform 5.1.0.98 and branding version 1.0.160.529q.I have read in this forum that there is a later version of the os available yet when I utilized the BB desktop software updater, it say that the latest version is installed. Is this correct?
I also have other issues with applications. I am unable to download and install the "BlackBerry APP World"; I get a message, " Sorry, your device does not meet the system requirements that are needed to support BlackBerry App World"
"Google talk" give an error messag: " Service not enabled for this hand held" "Blackberry maps" are not loaded on the handset.Setup wizard does not give me the option to set up my personal e-mail only enterprise e-mail.I am able to browse and send and receive MMS & SMS messages.
Kindly advise as to ho to resolve these issues and whether there is a more current software version for the handset, and if so: how do I update it.

I was about to download Opera Mini 4.2 for my Bold 9700 w/ 5.0 firmware. Opera's website doesn't show a version for the 9700 so I was going to download the version for the 9000. The only problem is the 9000 version doesn't have the 5.0 firmware option available. What version are you guys using on your 9700's?
Im trying to downgrade my os on my 8330 from the 4.5 to the 4.3 version but when i try and load the 4.3 version it tell me that the version is not on my desktop manager.
I have Iphone 4 currently 4.3.3 version and am having issues updating to current version 5.0.1. Phone is plugged in, computer asks if i want to update, I click yes, computer downloads the new software (25-35 min) but when it starts to transfer to phone an error message pops up saying that the network has timed out. This has happened on two different computers.
