Periodically I receive a "file system out of resources" when I try to access a file under Documents to Go. Taking out the battery allows me to access the files. Why do I have to take out the battery every other day to access these files?
I can't open a document stored on my Dropbox and I can't open an attachment from an email. It stalls and gives this message. Some people have suggested that I have too many programs running, but I can't find them, if that is the case. I've turned everything off. I've rebooted to clear any programs and still get the same message.
File System out of ResourcesDear BBSCFI was trying to open the word.doc.file on here today but kept getting this message telling me File System out of Resources.I have seen this once before and started to delete a lot of my messages saved via my BBEmail Folder and it seemed to work.Am currently studying and not around a PC or Laptop and my BB has done wonders for my life.Am not sure what to do when I get this on as it doesn't seem like it's moving on after clearing so many messengers.I can't delete masses of un-wanted mail in one swipe nor is the say a Phone version of Hardrive Cleaner and Defragmentor.
Im having an issue with my 9790 using os 7.1, the issue is that i get an error file system out of resources whenever i try to screen shot. After restarting the phone the problem disappears for a few minutes only and comes back again. i tried almost all screen shot apps paid and free. However, the problems still exists.
Recently I encountered a problem when trying to take a pic/video. I have an 8 gig media card (as well as plenty of memory on the device) but when I take a pic it says: File System Out of Resources. It says the same thing when I try to save to device or media card.
My phone randomly won't play any of my ringtones or loaded music. One person called me and my profile changed my ringtone to a standard tone. Once I try to play the ringtone it won't. So then I tried to download new ringtones and I got the message error reading; File System out of resources. Once I was in another location it started working again.. it seems to be getting messed up when I am in my home, but this has never happened before.
Take a picture, get error message that states: File system error. A screen pop up and wants me to save to another file? But even when I change the file name error message comes back. I have no pictures saved on the phone and can not find in options how to fix where the picture will be saved.
okay i have bitpim to read my phones filesystem. now what i need is a reader for .mif , .db files and so on. is there any program out there that can read them?
I've noticed that I can't save the pictures it gives me a message which say file system error.. what should I do, I couldn't take pictures on our last week vacation.
I'm trying to delete the audio conf file in system/vendor/etc but it won't let me. I'm rooted and running Pure Nexus. Also when I go into the recovery and try to use the file manager it doesn't show me any files in that folder even though there are files in there. I just updated the Rom the other day.
Does anyone have info on how to unlock the filesystem on the Helio Drift so I can edit the cwCONFIGURATION.ini file? I tried using the default Samsung 16-digit code using CDMA Workshop. It says 'phone unlocked', but Bitpim or QPST wont allow a write of that file. Bitpim can't be used anyway, because the file is in the /mmda subdirectory and only QPST lets you set the default directory when reading the efs. Is there another EFS reading software I can use? Is there a specific 16-digit code for this model? I need to change the wap port, and that file is where it is stored. p.s. Samsung PST is no help, either. The Ocean I have had success with (it has a 16-digit code of it's own), but the Drift has been elusive for a LONG time now.)
E75 I deleted a file Menu>office>file mgr.>nokia>download> some file (dont remember the name may be "download.")I but it was the file used to download any files in the phone. how can i recover this system file.
What do you often do with mobile phone SD memory card RAW file system error? Is it possible for me now to get my left photos out from that RAW memory card? Recently, I just cannot access my 16GB SD memory card of my mobile phone and inner stored photos since it keeps asking me to format no matter whether it try to use it on my digital camera or Samsung laptop. My friend just says it is detected as RAW file system on my PC and that’s why it needs formatting before any access. But, I really don’t know such memory card RAW file system error and don’t know whether the SD memory card RAW format error recovery software really works for me, like [URL] ....
How do you think about it? Is any related memory card data recovery software really needed? Can I just format this memory card and do rescue everything inside latter?
I tried to format the card and mount it. When I press format SD card, erase SD card box appears, I confirm Erase everything appears, I select it. Then I select Mount SD card, but nothing happens. I cannot take pictures. The phone works. When I insert SD card in my PC it shows a bunch of folders (all empty).
on my previous phone (Xperia Z2) I can plug in to my computer via USB and copy files to/from the internal storage or SD card. When I plug my Nexus 6P in to the computer the same way, I just get an empty folder. I can't see all the files on the internal Android file system. Is this normal?
I upgraded recently to the Bold 9700. Great phone apart from the fact that every time I try to synch with Outlook in the laptop I get the above error message.
When I connect my X10 mini pro through USB to my notebook, sd card file system crashes. Not always, but in 70% of cases. Formatting (FAT32) helps only. If i unmount the card, take it out of the phone and put it directly to the pc, it works fine, file sys never crashes.I have tried two different 4Gb Class 4 SD cards. Operared fine in phone, but same problem occured when connected to pc.I always unmount drive from windows before usb cable removal.Very annoying to take out the card for safe file transfer. Also GPS needs sometimes even 10-20+ mins to find satellites. I dont't think this is normal. Or is it?
I flashed Android 6.0 to my Nexus5 and rooted it with NRT. I can't copy a new hosts file to /system/etc because there is to less space. df shows in fact just 4k of free space.
So I just got a microSD card for my Xoom and understand that I'm not able to simply move movies and music using the internal file system from the Xoom internal memory to the SD card. So fine, I'll re-copy them from my PC to the SD card. But what about when my Google Music syncs, is it going to copy the Music to SD card with the other copied music? or still in internal memory? What about camera pictures and movies? Can you set it to save on the SD card? It take it apps cannot be 'moved to media area' either?onder when Google is going to fix these restrictions to their file system. 10 months later after release of Honeycomb seems a bit long to fix a basic file system function.
I'm still new to Samsung and it's on Cricket. Anyway I've finely figured out how to get into the file system with QPST. BitPim wasn't working for me. What has anyone else done from here? Can you add brew apps to the phone? Or change any system settings? What would really be good is if I could eliminate the ascending volume ring when calls come in. My girl friend has the Samsung My Shot II and it does not have that stupid ascending ring. I know with my last phone (UTStarcom / AudioVox) you could edit some files and get rid of some default sound efx and other stuff. I have the R560
I'm working on updating this symbaloo webmix on the iphone 4. It has a great group of links regarding it already, but I think it needs a few more to be what I hope it can be which is a great overall resource for the phone. My idea is that it can help people learn more about the phone, and also have a useful compilation of links that they can share with others. Here's the link to what I have so far http://bit.ly/cSxAsw
Let me know what you guys think and also don't forget to press "add it" after viewing the page to get all my updates automatically
Is there a way I can make some of the pre-loaded games like Crash Bandicoot or Star Battalion and just make them like regular games so I can move them to an SD card and get get them off my phone?
I don't really want to delete them, as I like them, I just don't want them to be part of my phone if possible.
I am texting and all I get is a X Resources unavailable. Do not know what to do, never happened before.Have tried to find out what is going on and I am finding nothing.....I have turned my phone off and on again and even took out the battery...and still nothing.....I have just tried to text someone else and it went through...but still nothing to Hubby...
I recently downloaded zumocast on my PC. I noticed that my computer was lagging alot and freezing. When I opened the task manager Zumocast was using anywhere from 55 to 98 % of cpu resources constantly. I have not been able to use zumocast because of this. I tried exiting zumocast and restarting the PC but it is the same everytime i have uninstalled and reinstalled zumocast. As of now I have not reinstalled it. I am running it on a Win 7 64 bit, AMD phenom 2 dual core 3.0 Ghz, 4 Gb Ram.
Less than a week ago I purchased my black berry and everything worked smoothly. Today I woke up and I played with the camera a bit, taking pictures and such. Then when i wanted a photo saved it wouldn't save to the proper place. It said, "File System Error (6)" I've tried rebooting it, restarting it, removing the battery, taking out the SIM card and putting it back, etc... None of them have worked and now I can't even find or see my photos that I've taken already with the camera. My videos are still there and viewable unlike the pictures.
When I attempt to take a picture with the camera, I get an error message - File System error (12) How do I get it to keep a picture? I don't have a sim card.
