Mar 12, 2011I'm trying to delete the trial version of Kaspersky Mobile Security from my E71. The message I'm getting after starting the deletion process from the application manager is: "Before uninstalling KMS 9.0, disable Encryption and Privacy Protection."where on Earth do I do these seemingly simple tasks? I have not been able to do either task and I have a feeling it is a ridiculously simple process. I'm admittedly new to Nokia E71 smartphones and fully understand this is blatant operator failure on my end. I seem to be getting in a loop on the FAQ and other means of resolution.

Nov 30, 2014Skype was working okay, but today, when I tried to call someone from my phone, it said i had to allow skype to use the mic, but I had already done that. I still went to privacy settings, but no apps showed up there. But on the camera, while I had multiple apps that use it, none showed up either. In fact, tthe only privacy setting working right was location services!

Nov 8, 2012BBM has stopped working with one specific contact after i updated the software and the bbm so. I can't send this contact a BBM message and always it gives me the mark ( X). However, when this person tries to send me a message, it gets delivered instantly. When she BBM other people it goes through fine, and when I BBM other people, the message gets delivered and they can reply with no problem. It's just this one person that I cannot send her anything but can always receive her messages. We deleted each other, pulled battery multiple times and still no luck.

May 18, 2012Whenever I try to call one specific contact, my Iphone rings once, then says that the person I'm trying to call is unavailable. I never blocked the person, and the person never blocked me. My texts go through perfectly fine. I just physically can't call them. And it has nothing to do with being out of service or anything because the person can call me back a second later with no problem. I never had this problem until I got my iphone.
