BB Curve :: Downloads Not Allowed From App World On 8520
Jun 24, 2012Until recently all was well with my Curve 8520, but I now find that I can't download Apps. The following message appears on PC each time I try - 'Sync Issue : There is an issue connecting to Blackberry AppWorld. Please try again'. When I retry, same message comes up.

Nov 17, 2010i have tried everything i know and read. every time i delete all unwanted emails (google mail) firstly it reads no conversation, then i can go to another folder, when i come back to the trash folder all the deleted items are back again. ive synced, unsynced, synced now,deleted, removed account then restored, trash folder is empty on my comp bout will not empty on my phone.

It's content is visible on ZumoCast Web Access but is empty on my Bionic, so it is being indexed properly. When I open it on my phone it goes through the "loading file" and shows the folder, but it is empty. Is there a folder size limit in ZumoCast?

I have Cleanmaster, but this won't let you choose what to clean. I also have ES File Explorer which will let me access the folder and delete the files, but I'd rather have this process more automated.

Among many other DISASTERS of this ***bleep*** system, when I now connect the phone to my computer (in any way you like: mass storage, OVI, Bluetooth, either in MAC or Windows ambients) there is no way of seeing ALL the photos I have in the telephone. Some of them appear, some don't.
could you tell whether there is any way of seeing and transferring them all?
just acknowledge the fact that you inserted a BIG BUG (actually, more than one, but let's talk about this one for the moment) in belle. Believe me: having lost the possibility of transferring photos is little more than extremely annoying.
BB Bold 9700 :: Gmail Empty ALL MAIL Folder
Jan 23, 2010Basically when i go to my GMAIL folder when i receive emails, it shows no message. But it does appear in Message folder (both folders show the new mail counts). In the GMAIL folder if i change filter to label "Inbox" the new mail is there. The default label for GMAIL folder is "ALL MAIL" though. I don't have any filter setup so I'm not sure why the mail would only show up in Inbox but not in All Mail.

Jun 8, 2010I have a problem with my Sony Ericsson Elm - when I try to save something to my memory card everything seems to be okay, however when I then try to view what is saved on my memory card I get the message "Empty Folder". I then have to turn my phone off ad back on again for everything to reappear in my memory card folder. But then if I try to save something again to my memory card the cycle starts again and I get the "Empty Folder" message once again.

May 1, 2012I left for work this morning and I would love to listen to some music but but apparently the library is empty. I have a lot of music that I put on my iPhone 4 using my old computer. And I have not synced my phone since. I have not been able to access that music for a few days now. I did still have access to all the music that I purchased from iTunes and all the music that I uploaded to the cloud using iTunes match on my new computer. But now apparently my music folder is completely empty.

Apr 19, 2010I updated my 9700 with Desktop Manager. I added the Japanese input method during the update, however, there are now 2 files (net_rim_font_japanese, net_rim_font_japanese_droid) stuck in my Downloads folder. Japanese input method does not work as well. I tried loading the desktop manager again, but I am not able to remove/delete them. Does anyone have any idea on how to remove the input, or make it work without wiping the unit?

Well I have that little problem with it that whenever I download a pic from for example Google or Hangouts I don't have the -Downloads- folder in my gallery. They do not show up anywhere except if I go to "My files - internal memory - downloads" but nowhere in the gallery. In the gallery I chose the option to show every pic which is saved to the device but they don't show up only camera photos, screenshots. Nothing else.

Yesterday i have accidently deleted the download folder for web downloads in which all the downloads from web app like pics, music etc was suppose to go. For example, if you highlight the Games folder and press the Blackberry options, one Tour can choose "edit folder" and pick a new Icon. The other Tour mine is missing that choice. Any fix? If I create my own folder, I have the feature, but not for my Games, Applications and other folder that were there in the old OS.

Feb 17, 2010I am running 5.0.0.419 right now on my VZW Tour. I don't know if this is normal or not, but I'm having some HTML E-Mail issues. Everytime I get an email, it never downloads emails automatically. I've got my settings so that it is supposed to, but when I open one up, I just have image boxes with no images. Is there anything special I need to do? I normally just go into options and hit get images, but it would be nice if this were done automatically.

Aug 3, 2010I have a Nokia 5230 (RM-588) with firmware 20.0.005 and Ovi Maps 3.04. Memory card is Kingston 8GB. I downloaded maps that I needed and everything is working OK from that point.
Here is the problem: I search for an address (offline), Ovi Maps finds it, I rename it and save it to Favourites. I repeat that with some other addresses. Then I turn off the Ovi Maps and navigation and after I start it again, my folder Favourites - Places is empty. Any idea why the Favourites are not saved ?
BB Tour 9630 :: SMS Folder?
Jan 14, 2010I've had my tour for about 5 months now and i havent had any major problems with it....until today. it was running a little slow so i decided ill delete some old text messages. while i was deleting them my BB froze so i turned it off and once i turned it on an error message came up, i dont remember what it said exactly and then i looked at my sms and email folders and it doesnt show me anything in them and i know there is stuff in them. but when i look at my individual sms inbox i can see everything and all my new texts. so how do i get all that stuff to show up normally again?
