BB Tour :: Camera Flash Not Working After OS Updated
Oct 25, 2012
I updated my OS a while ago and ever since the camera flash has stopped working. I've re-installed the OS again and it still hasn't started working again. It just seems dead. I've checked the settings in the camera options and set the camera flash to always on but to no avail.
It may or may not be possible, but the headset seems to support headset mode..just wondering if there is a driver available for windows ? (I am using Win 7 but guess vista or a generic driver might work?)
I updated my blackberry bold 9700 from OS 5 to OS 6 and since I have made this upgrade my camera has not worked properly. It will not take photos, it focuses when trying to take a photo then nothing. It works every so often but hardly at all.
I have a Bold 3 9780 in which the camera flash has stopped working!!!I have tried all the troubleshooting I could find over the Internet, but none seem to work
Is there any possible way to make the camera flash light work when the click is made.cause the flash light glows continuously this is bit annoying.is there any other apps to over come this.
I recently updated my phone to the OS 6.0.0.448. After the update my flash of the camera hasn't been working. It was working absolutely well before the update.
I have an iPhone 6 and want to take a picture under low light conditions (of Christmas tree) but when I set the flash to "on" in the camera app it never flashes and the photos are very dark. Also tried Auto and that doesn't work either. How can I get my iPhone 6 to flash when I need it to or manually so I can lighten up my photos?
I have a Blackberry Bold 9700 with OS 6.00.My camera flash isn't working during talking the picture. But when I pull batterry and again place it then the is working only for the first snap. For furthure snap it isn't flashing.
Last week I bought a blackberry bold 9700, I upgraded the software from os5 to os6. So I had a problem that after this upgrade that the flash of the camera didn't work and another big problem that's the phone did not recognize a media card always in options its write (a media card is not presently inserted in the device).
I was taking snapshots with my Xperia Neo V, when my camera closed and now when I start the camera app, it says, "Unfortunately, the camera stopped". Using any other apps like Pudding Camera, It says, "Camera Open Error". My LED flash also does not work.
Just noticd it tonight as I had not thought to test things out, and just thought that various flashlight apps had not caught up to the Bionic. but my camera flash is not working.
I Haven't dropped or damaged the phone in the month that ive had it! All of a sudden I needed my flash and it won't go off when I take a picture. Also the flashlight won't turn on either. I've tried the soft & hard reset & updating my phone but it still refuses to work...
I got a notification to update my phone, so I downloaded the update and installed it, all good so far, but now that I have tried to use my camera the flash isnt working in sync with the shutter. The flash goes off too soon and the pictures turn out too dark, now I have checked what settings I could think of including the auto flash and etc, but it refuses to flash at the right time! I have noticed other differences with the update but I can get used to those.. not a big drama, but I really liked my camera the way it used to be... but in saying that I would prefer not to master reset as the other changes are ok.
I have a Tour and recently the camera stopped working. The camera application will work, it will autofocus, and when I take the picture it shows up perfect on the screen but the after 2 seconds the picture will completely distort and just be a screen with a bunch of colors going across. Cannot even see the picture. Looks almost like a TV that has no reception. I tried sending the pic and it is still just the static looking screen. I have changed the settings for the picture quality and didnt change anything. I pulled the battery and did a hard restart and no change. Any ideas? I would take it in to Verizon but I bought it 3rd party and it has no warranty.
i thought i was crazy at first and it was just my imagination when i saw it flash up when receiving a text message/notification/ phone call and the camera flash lighted up. then today i had my phone on silent and received a phone call and just watched it light up and flash until i finally picked up. i've went through a bunch of the settings but i cant find one to turn this off.
The flash works fine with the camera but doesn't work with any other app using the flash like flashlight or heart rate monitor. I tried downloading different apps or deleting the app and reinstalling rebooting the phone each time but the problem persists. Any suggestions? I upgraded to 5.1.1. The same
I am confused. Everything I have been told/read is that the BlackBerry Curve 8530 doesn't have a camera flash but I was just on the BlackBerry website and was looking at the specs. It says that there's a built in flash. Is there a flash or not? I would love to get it if there is one.
i upgraded to the bold 9900 4g recently. my old BB took great pictures, no matter what the lighting situation. but the 9900 only takes good photos in good light. the flash seems to be out of sync with the camera. the flash works -- it just doesn't seem to work in sync with the camera. could this be a software issue, or is it simply a mechanical/electronic issue?
I'm on 4.7.x whatever so I open the email, click on the blackberry.com/update link, click on the link on that page, it launches desktop manager, which proceeds to tell me. Anyone else get an email from RIM this afternoon?
I just got a housing and I have to remove the flash and the speaker from the mid casing and I don't know how, does any one have any pics or video of how I can do this. And I've already asked my friend google and I've searched no one had anything of what I'm looking for.
I have recently updated my iPhone 3GS, but I have one problem now, the Camera doesn't work. I can open and see by the camera, but I can't take a picture, because when I try, the iPhone get turned off.
I own an iPhone 3GS and ever since I updated to iOS 5.1 I have been unable to access my camera, I can successfully view my photo's but not able to take new ones. I have tried fully restoring and resetting and the problem has remained the same.
