Oct 14, 2011I recently updated my phone to the OS 6.0.0.448. After the update my flash of the camera hasn't been working. It was working absolutely well before the update.

Jul 7, 2011I got a notification to update my phone, so I downloaded the update and installed it, all good so far, but now that I have tried to use my camera the flash isnt working in sync with the shutter. The flash goes off too soon and the pictures turn out too dark, now I have checked what settings I could think of including the auto flash and etc, but it refuses to flash at the right time! I have noticed other differences with the update but I can get used to those.. not a big drama, but I really liked my camera the way it used to be... but in saying that I would prefer not to master reset as the other changes are ok.

Nov 1, 2011I updated my blackberry bold 9700 from OS 5 to OS 6 and since I have made this upgrade my camera has not worked properly. It will not take photos, it focuses when trying to take a photo then nothing. It works every so often but hardly at all.

I noticed that when taking the picture the flash initially lights up white, but as the picture is taken the flash turns blue. Why in the world would it do this? As a result, I cannot take pictures indoors- the flash is worthless. I have updated the operating system, etc.
