View 1 RepliesAfter I did the most recent update to my phone my camera flash will not work. I pulled the battery but that did not help.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI got a notification to update my phone, so I downloaded the update and installed it, all good so far, but now that I have tried to use my camera the flash isnt working in sync with the shutter. The flash goes off too soon and the pictures turn out too dark, now I have checked what settings I could think of including the auto flash and etc, but it refuses to flash at the right time! I have noticed other differences with the update but I can get used to those.. not a big drama, but I really liked my camera the way it used to be... but in saying that I would prefer not to master reset as the other changes are ok.

View 1 Replies View Relatedi upgraded to the bold 9900 4g recently. my old BB took great pictures, no matter what the lighting situation. but the 9900 only takes good photos in good light. the flash seems to be out of sync with the camera. the flash works -- it just doesn't seem to work in sync with the camera. could this be a software issue, or is it simply a mechanical/electronic issue?

Every time I take a picture using the flash the picture comes out dark and blue. I noticed that when taking the picture the flash initially lights up white, but as the picture is taken the flash turns blue. Why in the world would it do this? As a result, I cannot take pictures indoors- the flash is worthless. I have updated the operating system, etc.
