Xperia PLAY :: Sony Camera Flash Light Stays On Constantly?
Dec 15, 2012A few days ago I stupidly dropped my xperia play in the bath. I let it dry out and place in rice in a sealed container for a few days to dry it out. However when I now power the phone up the camera flash light stays on and will not switch off even going into the camera settings and turning it off. I done the software repair download from the sony website but it hasn't helped.I also purchased a new battery as well. I am guessing it's going to need repaired but I thought I ask on here if anyone has ideas as to what would be causing the problem.

May 16, 2011Camera light suddenly came on. Cannot get it to turn off. Tried setting the light to off, no luck. Pulled the battery while off as well as while on and re-boot without success. As soon as the battery is connected the light comes on.

Aug 3, 2010i upgraded to the bold 9900 4g recently. my old BB took great pictures, no matter what the lighting situation. but the 9900 only takes good photos in good light. the flash seems to be out of sync with the camera. the flash works -- it just doesn't seem to work in sync with the camera. could this be a software issue, or is it simply a mechanical/electronic issue?

Mar 24, 2010My son brought me my phone yesterday and the flash light was on. I don't know what he did to it but it will not turn off even if I power down my phone. I have tried reseting and it doesn't work. I am also getting the error message when I open my camera that I must close other applications before it will let me run my camera.

Aug 12, 2011Every time I take a picture using the flash the picture comes out dark and blue. I noticed that when taking the picture the flash initially lights up white, but as the picture is taken the flash turns blue. Why in the world would it do this? As a result, I cannot take pictures indoors- the flash is worthless. I have updated the operating system, etc.
