BB Tour 9630 :: Drop Phone From A Distance Of A Few Inches It Restarts

i have a vzw 9630 and when i drop the phone from a distance of a few inches it restarts.like when putting it on a table or putting it in the cup holders of my car, it has to be set down like a baby or else it will restart.Tried the index card trick and the double sided tape trick but still no luck got the phone when it first came out and got it completely skinned at best buy so would not like to have to get a new phone because then ill have to pay like another 40 to get it skinned again also dont want a refurbished phone bc thats just gross.
