Jul 18, 2010I have looked around the forum and could not find anything. My led will just flash a light blue color at random. It is not the dark blue like bluetooth blue it is a light blue

BB Tour 9630 :: Red Light Starts Flashing
Jun 14, 2010I hear a notify tone on my phone and the red light starts flashing, I check my sms, mms, email and there is no new messages. The only way I can get the light to stop flashing is a battery pull. Does anyone might know what causes this, and why I have to pull the battery to get the light to stop flasing?, Any suggestion are greatly appreciated.

Dec 16, 2011I was using my blackberry tour 9630 over two years and never had a problem. A couple of days ago I've connected phone to computer, check software update (it says your software up to date) recharged the phone and put it on the desk. Oddly enough it starts blinking like I have message, but phone did not turn on or off it just stop responding. The screen is black and when connected to computer through USB it's not recognized. Weather connected to electrical outlet or usb to computer it Flash red signal 10111 - one red , pause and three red. I've tried pulling out batteries, card, keep it for 24 hours without battery, nothing. Neither laptop nor pc recognise blackberry device. Bell offered "to take a look at it for about " 100 -150 $ without warranty that it will be repaired and I have only 6 month left on my 3 years contract. I've brought the phone to local wireless store and they try to flash OS through loader software without any success. I have two blackberries on my account, was happy with the phones, but now feel like smashing both of them. I don't know if I more mad at "Bell" who told me "product has 1 year warranty and now you are screwed" or at Research in Motion for their blackberries for which I've paid 400 $ upfront and 3 years contract (supposedly device cost over 600 $)

Sep 15, 2011I am on a curve 8310 I think it is with an annoying flashing blue light. I think it's a cross between a white and blue as it's a pale blue light. I have turned off every notification I can find, email, text, facebook etc. I have deselected the LED option ( changed to none) I cannot figure how WHY this light keeps blinking. I've taken the battery out, i'm at my wits end.

I have recently noticed that there is a small blue light located next to the secondary camera, (front top right corner above the screen) which flashes every few seconds or so when the phone is not in use. I looked around on my phone to see if something was wrong or there was an update or something and there was no indication why it was on. Then after that it stopped. When I'm trying to power on the phone, I get the initial black and white "Samsung Galaxy S6" screen. Then everything goes black and the blue LED on the top left lights up and stays on, does not flash or dim, just stays on. The phone does not vibrate or make any sound when it does this.
What I've tried to fix it:
1) Power + Volume down (maintenance boot mode) ... I've tried normal boot, factory reset and booting in safe mode, all just give me a black screen with the blue LED.
2) Power + Volume Up + Home (andoid system recovery screen) ... When doing this, the phone displays the black and white "Samsung Galaxy S6" screen, followed by a bluish colored screen with a little android guy on it, followed by the dead android guy with a yellow exclamation triangle over his head, then goes into the android system recovery menu. On this screen I can wipe data/factory reset and wipe cache partition and reboot and I still get a black screen with a steady blue LED.
3) Power + Volume Down + Home followed by Volume Up (Downloading screen) ... Takes me to the bluish screen warning me about downloading a custom OS. After hitting up it does not show the knox has ever been triggered. I've tried using ODIN 3.10.6 to reinstall fresh firmware (5.1.1 G920VVRU3BOG5) and after it successfully installs it, it boots to a black screen with the steady blue LED.

Aug 2, 2010My BB warned me that the battery was low. When I plugged it into my computer the phone shut off. The Red Light came on and stayed on for about 30 minutes. Now there is nothing. I tried the battery pull but that did nothing. It has been charging for over 6 hours at this point. Will it need to charge for longer to become responsive again? It currently is just dead.

May 14, 2010I have a Blackberry Tour 9630 for Sprint and I plugged it into my iMac last night to charge via USB and it was perfectly fine the whole time.When i woke up in the morn (the comp also went to sleep all night long) the phone screen was blank (black) and the red LED light was solid with no blinking. I unplugged the phone and the screen stayed blank and the light stayed on. I pressed the power button on the phone and the screen showed the little clock with rotating hands (like it was processing something) and then it went blank again and the LED light came back on.It did this 3 times before i took the battery out.I left the battery out for about 25mins and when i put it back in nothing happened at all. I pressed the power button and still nothing. The only thing that happens is when i plug it back in the comp, the solid red LED light comes back on - but still nothing on the screen.Has anyone experienced this or have any ideas for me? Did i fry the battery by leaving it plugged into a dormant comp?

Jan 1, 2010I plugged my bb into the wall and for a little bit it was charging fine but then the symbol disappeared. I unplugged and plugged back in which made the clock pop up so I know it connected right. But its still not charging. I turned the charging indicator led on with berrybuzz and the light didn't turn on when I plugged it in.
Meterberry says the temp is 111 degrees. I don't know what the 'normal' ranges are. I'm still under my 30day warranty so do I take it back? Is anyone else having this problem? Its done this before and it eventually charges but something is going on....

Only i've got a steady blue led light and no keyboard light only when i start my blackberry on, the keyboard gives light.
