My torch is stuck in safe mode and I can't get it out also I noticed that after it entered safe mode that all of my themes are gone except for the pre loaded them. In my app world it says that they are downloaded. I have tried deleting them and re installing them and it still didn't work. And I also can't get my torch out of safe mode no matter how many times I hit reset when the little window pops up on my phone telling me I'm in safe mode. What do I do?
I am facing a major problem in my phone Torch 9800. I deleted some system files accidently on my torch. Now I am not able to view screen properly. Also when i try to update OS of phone through web, my phone is not identified.

I cannot get themes to work on my phone. I can install them, but once I'm in my display options where I have theme choices, there aren't any options. Also, my download folder can only be accessed in my files folder under my applications, and when I find the theme there and try and open it it's just a bunch of letters and mumbo jumbo that I don't understand.
i have downloaded themes from bb app world but i cant find them. also they doesnt show up where my other themes arre. when i go to bb app world - my world it shows that i hav downloded the themes but doesnt show me apply theme option.

Is there a trash can. I can retrieve deleted items ?! I was moving pic's from its original folder to a "new titled folder", after doing that I returned to original folder and started deleted the pic's I had moved. Not knowing it would delete them from everywhere. I'm so upset that they are gone. I lost 9 weeks of work!
I store my pics in the files options on my phone, not on the memory card. For whatever reason all the pics were accidentally deleted.Is there anyway to recover these pics?
I was deleting a blank pic off my phone and this commenced mass deletion of my pics from my August Álbum. Don't know what caused it. Is there any way to retrieve these pics? Over 200 pics were deleted.
For some reason, the SMS (Text msgs) are getting deleted which are one month old. This is very annoying. I am not able to find the menu option where I can change this.
My phone had Outlook connected to the office exchange server and had added Yahoo, Gmail and Aol on my phone for email access.Last evening when i tried to uninstall/ delete the Yahoo service from my phone, to my surprise i found that my Gmail and AOL accounts were also deleted. It does not stop there ...My yahoo account is not apperaing on the main screen as a seperate icon buy I am still receiving email and updates from my YAHOO account alone which is reflected in the MESSAGE ICON.Could some help me delete the yahoo account of my phone completely.I deleted the yahoo account by going in OPTIONS --> DEVICE --> ADVANCED SYSTEM SETTINGS --> SERVICE BOOKS. after doing this and returing to the main screen i find my gmail and aol accounts also deleted.
Had a message appear on my phone about a fault with my media card and did I want to fix it.ressed yes and now all of my media files have gone from my phone!Pictures, Video's, Music, the lot!I have looked on my desktop software but cannot find a backup file to restore anything and the majority of the pictures were of my son who has just turned one so these were some really important pics.
My boyfriend also has a blackberry torch, he was changing the settings on one of his picture files and his phone crashed. When the phone re-loaded, the file had gone! We have tried searching for the file on the phone and the names of the pictures in the file, but no luck please tell me there is a way to try and get this file back, as there was some sentimental pictures in the file and I would love to get them back.

I've had a few BB's in the past and it never worked properly. Sometimes email was deleted from my BB after a few hours but mostly it never deleted the email.
I recently went to the store I purchased my Blackberry from because certain application features were not working. The problem was fixed but at the same time my email address was accidentally deleted by the employee, I then contacted my carriers technical support to get the email retrieved but they had informed me that the email had been deleted. <Personal Content Removed> is the address and I would like it to be retrieved.

When I synchronize my BlackBerry Torch 9800 with Outlook 2010, old items on my calendar disappear from Outlook. Even though these events have passed, I would like to retain them on my calendar as reminders for those dates.

I accidently deleted a message on my phone Blackberry torch , I clicked on delete on handheld and facebook.I looked in Gmail but it is not in deleted items and Facebook does not have such message in Archive It deleted the entire history of messages sent from someone and I am very upset about it Does anyone know how to recall the deleted message on my phone
Does anyone know if you have a conversation with Blackberries in BBM and the other person deletes you as a friend, does the conversation automatically get deleted and if so can it be restored? I save all my messages.
