every1,On potrait mode, the top part of my blackberry touch screen is glitchy i.e it is not functioning properly. Which ever way I rotate the screen, that particular problem persists on that part of the screen. The problem is regardless of slide or screen position.

past one week my E75 screen has decided to start playing up. The light on the keyboard lights up fine but the screen backlight only comes on when I push down hard on a certain part of the screen or give it a good whack. Anyone experienced this before and know how I might be able to fix it?
I installed an update to an app on my phone. It said it needed to reboot. Since then (2 hours+) it gets part of the way through the booting process, about 60%, and then reboots again.
I have a Nokia 2760 device. I broke it today and can see nothing on the screen except from a tiny part of the screen. I can still switch it on, and it seems to work fine apart from the screen. What I want to do is navigate to the settings and switch on Bluetooth (make myself visible) so I can get all my pictures of with my computer. What are the exact keys I would have to press to do this. These pictures are really important to me
Using stock email app for outlook 365 account. The only way to get the email icon to clear from the notification bar is to swipe down and hit clear. Opening the email app and reading all unread emails does not clear the notification bar.
Got a Tour last month, upgraded to new 5.0.0.whatever software with Verizon, started having phantom new messages.I tried everything--battery pull, searching "unopened only" messages, I even wiped my entire phone and reloaded everything.
Nothing worked and Verizon gave me a new phone but two days later, I'M HAVING THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM!!Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
I am having a huge problem with my torch 9810, when I first bought the phone, I was having this problem, but after a while it stopped, but two days ago I was hanging out with my friends, the phone was in my pocket, the data service was off, so I wasn't using it, I took the phone out of my pocket to check the time, the phone was burning from the heat. I thought it was gonna explode or something, and the battery was fully charged, but when that happende, the battery was drained to the last red part.
I dropped my iPhone, cracked the screen and LCD, replaced both, as well as the inner plastic bezel holding them together. Now, the LCD doesnt turn on and the touch screen will not respond. The backlight wont even turn on .It is still on, responds when I plug it into USB, it still vibrates and has its files and will be picked up by iTunes, but the screen is black with no display, no backlight and as far as I can tell the touchscreen is not working. And the kicker is that it was working for a few seconds, when I first put everything together, I just took it apart to get the home button to be seated properly, and bam, all of a sudden everything stops working.Frustrating indeed ! Would anyone be able to help me out please ? I am sick that it seems I will have to buy another part, but, if it will fix it then it's worth it !
For the past week i've been facing issue with my touch screen. As in, one column of the screen is unresponsive. I've tried my best to solve it using factory reset through phone and sony pc companion, but went it vein.
I got my new Samsung Galaxy S III yesterday and activated today. Everything was working fine up until about an hour when I noticed the bottom right of the screen is 3 different shades of purple. Is this common? Is there a way to fix it or do I need to send it back?
so my iphone 2g cracked. I tried replacing the glass, but it just cracked a second layer of glass underneath it. I guess that was the touch screen glass? Anyway, they both ended up falling out. Now it just has this final "screen" like thing, which is just a white light. What is this? What parts would I need to repair the iphone, given what I have now?
The left part of the screen doesn't work very well. It's hard to erase a letter, and impossible to me to insert the "P". Does it means that I need to replace the screen? Or there is a other solution?
I've bought an Xperia Play a few days ago and I noticed something strange. Sometimes a small area on the right side of the screen becomes completely unresponsive. It feels random and usually last for 10-30 seconds. I've tried the Sony Ericsson update service, and did a reset, but it didn't help. I'm thinking about taking the phone back, but the problem is very random and difficult to replicate, so convincing someone, that there is a problem might be difficult.
My iPhone 5 64GB screen bottom part is not sensitive, sometime I unable to make a slide to lock on or answer the call.how much for replacement/exchange unit?
The home bar suddenly stopped working on my Z5 compact. It's not a touchscreen issue, because the lower part of the screen works perfectly (for example to open the camera app from the lock screen). I rebooted it several times but it's still not working.  There were no Android updates before that, but I did have an issue that the screen would go permanently inactive during calls (a known issue for this model). I did not tamper with the software either.  I never noticed how much the phone is dependent on the "back" button until now
I have a Nokia 6301, which i love dearly (unlocked, unbranded, etc...)my kid recently dropped it (yet again), and the top screen cracked. Not the actual LCD display - it all displays just fine, it's just the outside that has the crack, like if I go over the display of the phone with my fingernail, I'll feel it.This is purely cosmetic, but I'd like to replace this top screen.Anyone know what it's called so i can buy it on ebay? All I see on ebay are LCD screens, which i don't need
My Xperia X10 Mini Pro has a horizontal 'band' of about 1cm in the bottom half of the screen that does not respond to touch.I am able to touch and use anything above and below this 'band' but never within it.Phone is not under warranty and I have tried Factory resets and software updates with no success, I am assuming it's a hardware fault.
I bought this 16gb nexus 5 D820 a little over 2 months ago and had no problems with it whatsoever until this noon, when i was just browsing the 'net as usual, my phone became warm, i thought it was normal since i checked cpu-z it said it was 45 degrees and normal, cool..i kept on browsing till it rebooted by itself twice, still no problem, cool. since it was running low on battery i charged it and upon finishing the screen looks like this now, apart from it, everything else still works though.
I thought it was software issue since i didn't crack the screen, nor did i drop it, i was on purity + hellscore then. i flashed google factory image, unroot it and locked the bootloader again making it look as if it was just taken out of the box, but to no avail, it still looks like this up until now. I guess the heat somehow broke the lcd's component..
Part of the screen on my HTC Desire has turned pink. It is in the top right hand corner of the screen and looks like a semi-cicle (shown in the image). Has anyone else had this issue or know what is wrong? I am not sure whether I have an AMOLED or SLCD version of the phone screen.
i was wondering if this is normal, i had my phone for like 3 weeks now since thanksgiving, after 10 minutes of use the top part of the screen where you listen to gets very warm and the back part where the camera does too, i was wondering how could i fix this and is my phone defected? i haven't tried any longer because i don't want my phone to fry up
I have an X10 that I've had for over a year. I recently updated it and since then the screen has split in half and only blinks on and off on the bottom part of it. I can re-install the software and sometimes it helps, but I'm not too sure what else to do.And since the update I've been having problems with Mediascape, it comes on by itself and plays music. I stop it, shut it off and it opens again and plays music. I was wondering if there is something wrong with the Mediascape on these phones. Could it be buggering up the phone?
My N1 ended up having a hardware issue causing the camera app to lock up every time I used it. I called HTC support and they had not heard of the problem, so shipped me out a new handset.
I notice the new part number is 99HKE002-01 XH, while the number on my defective phone ended in 00 F. Just curious, but do you think there has already been a hardware revision to the N1?
I have an omnia 2 from bell and i would like to know where i can find OEM part since the screen has a scratch and one corner of the phone is scratched too since i dropped it so i wanted to know if there's a website where i can find the parts.
As we are not getting 2.2 froyo, then when will we be getting the second part of the overly out dated 2.1 update? SE are pants cant wait for my contract upgrade so I can get a phone from a company who will look after me. Seen my mates samsung galaxy s its amazing compared to xpericrap. And HTC are rolling out some rather good handsets.
My SONY Z3, only 20 days old, Brand New phone had suddenly stoped responding from the top part of screen, I cant dropdown the navigation menu on POTRAIT MODE but its operative in LANDSCAPE MODE,
Made all the efforts like... Factory Reset, Software Repair through PC Companion etc...
