Is there any way of deleting preloaded software like twitter bebo bbm etc and perloaded bookmarks like tmobile in the browser.I only want things that i have bookmarked?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have recently got a torch 9800, but when I try to access Twitter it comes up with "java.lang.ClassCast Exception" and when I try to log into facebook it says "we cannot reach the Facebook server at this time. Please try again later. (100)" Other applications that use the internet seem to work ok. It's just these two. I have tried deleting them, but when I go to install them, it asks if I want to reinstall, so it obviously didn't get rid of them completely. I even did a hard restart after deleting, by taking the battery out whilst still on, and not reinserting it for about a minute.

The exact message is "we cannot reach the facebook server at this time. please try again later. (100)". And on my Twitter, the error message is "BWP security token retrieval failed." I already done the hard reset and even tried clearing stuff that I could. Should I re-install facebook and twitter?

I don't use twitter that much, but would like it installed in case I do. It's really not my main concern, my main concern is that this is a bigger issue that I need to get resolved before I'm stuck with a phone that doesn't work like it's supposed to and won't be able to run other apps. I have a torch 9800 and Curve 8900 and over time I have created backups on my PC. I now need to give the PC back and am unable to remove the backups.
When I try and delete the .ipd files it says "you need permission of administrator to make these changes." I am using Windows 7 and to my knowledge have full administration.
I want to delete all my old emails. I can do it message by message, but one starts to lose the will to live. How can I do this en bloc?

If I try to delete these maps, I receive an error. It's impossible to delete them. Does anyone know how I can delete them?

The song title is named "Road Regrets" by Dan Mangan. My emails are now being deleted from my Torch, although sent ones are still there. I have changed settings so email is deleted after 60 days. I read somewhere that I should turn off wireless reconcile, but that hasn't helped either. View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a BB Torch. When a message comes in on my phone, it is displayed at the center beneath the clock. I click to open. Then just below where the box shows there a new message that had just come in, a "text message box appears". Now, then the message would be opened on clicking. It will then disappears to the inbox once read. If I go click "Text Messages", I will find that message in the inbox which is fine. I can therefore delete any message in the inbox.
The Problem Some of the messages will not be diverted into the inbox for some reasons I don't seem to gather. These though, when opened, will just show a symbol (smiley, etc.) but without any text. The symbol will appear at the extreme right.
I'd like to know If I can retrieve my bb account after deleting it. And if I can't, how to register for a know one on my bb device.
