BB Torch :: Change The Login Name On An Email Acctount?
Oct 26, 2011The login name on my email account is the full email account address. Blackberry Torcch will not allow me to enter email addres as a login name. How do Ifix this?

Jun 14, 2012A friend of mine told me that I should change my apple password so I went ahead and updated the email address while I was at it since I never use the other email address anymore, but when I went to go change the information in FaceTime on my iPhone 4, I couldn't find where to change the email address, and cancelling out of the login popup doesn't seem to be working.

Nov 10, 2011I am trying to change my email settings as i changed my email account. When i go to "Setup", "Email Accounts", then click on "Internet Mail Account", it simply circulates back to "Email Accounts". It keeps doing this repeatedly. I have done a soft and hard reset (by removing battery) and have updated software but nothing seems to help.

Jul 18, 2011I recieved my Torch a few days ago and set up my gmail account on the handset which has been working perfectly. I've had to change my password for gmail on my account. However, when attempting to access the email accounts set up my phone will not let me into the option. Everything else works fine except this. I need my emails for work but, as I can't change the gmail password on my phone or add/delete any form of email account it's a little frustrating, especially as I got this phone due to it being praised for how good emails are on Blackberry. Are they working on a fix for this? I can't even access the Blackberry Internet service even though I have registered my phone.

Jun 26, 2012The problem started when I updated my os 7 on my torch 9810 to the newer version. When I went to update my apps I signed in just fine. A few weeks later I tried to download a new app but the app world would say that their was a problem with the current session and to login to continue but the login screen doesn't come up. I can sign in via my phone browser and everything but it doesn't show me the apps that I have installed or unistalled.
I search online for ways to rectify this problem I even wiped my phone but when I went I updated the os again the same thing happened again. So now I'm just desperate can I fix this problem or do I need to buy a new phone?
