View 7 Replies View RelatedI misplaced my phone and the battery drained down to zero and shut itself off. I plugged it into charge about an hour ago (into a wall, not a computer). A red light came on for about thirty seconds and then shut off. The battery charging icon that is supposed to appear hasn't. I unplugged it and tried again a minute ago, and its the same thing. It doesn't turn on or show any sign of being responsive exept for that thirty seconds of solid red light.

I have both the DT-900 wireless charging plate and the DT-901 wireless charging stand. They both have a charge light that stays on when charging and goes off when charging is complete. I've notice that with the Icon the light never goes out when the phone is fully charged. When I charge my 822 the light goes out when it's fully charged.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI just updated last week to Gingerbread but this was happening before that. I plug my phone into my factory charger and when I go to unplug it it says it is still charging. Dosent go away until I reboot the phone, any ideas? When it is fully charged the green led even stays lit. Dosent do it all the time just enough to be annoying. I really dont want to trade my phone for a reconditioned one since it is only three weeks old.

I received a Verizon "CLND" I've had issues with it charging. Not with battery drain or charge time(when it does charge). Occasionally when I plug my d4 in, to charge I receive no response from the battery icon nor on the lock screen. Other times I plug it in it charges just fine. Things I've tried: wipe cache partition via recovery menu, factory reset via settings>privacy>factory reset>erase internal memory, factory reset via recovery menu then wipe cache partition, safe mode, charge while off, different USB, different outlet, different adapter (part that plug into the wall that you plug the USB into), charge at work, charge via Xbox,PC, and car charger. All micro USB's, adapters and car charger is legit Motorola products adapter and USB are factory products received with purchase of d4 and RAZR. I did notice when the device is off the moment I plug the USB into the phone the notification led flashes green once (thinking of the beep codes on a PC). I am unsure as to what might be causing this issue I would love to get this resolved without having another "CLND " or sending it in for repairs
View 5 Replies View RelatedMy iphone 4s screen is stuck on a picture of the usb plug with an arrow pointing toward the itunes icon. we discontinued our account with at&t and need to reset this phone to factory settings. I pluged it in to my computer but nothing happened. Brought up itunes, nothing. No reset instructions and the screen never changed. When we originally tried to clear out the info it told us we had to update itunes and we did. Now......stuck.

i charged my iphone overnight and it is turned off. i noticed for the past few days that the plug symbol when an iphone is fully charged never appears. the iphone seems to be still charging. but when i turn on my phone it says that it is 100% charged. why wouldnt the charging symbol change into the full plug symbol when fully charged?

I hook it to my computer and itunes comes up and says it has detected a iphone in recovery mode. It asked if I want to restore so I hit restore button and it starts extracting. When done extracting, a messages comes up and says this iphone can not be restored error 1656. What can I do now? I bought this phone new in October. It has not been damaged in anyway. an unknown icon that is in my status bar on my blackberry torch. It is light grey kinda looks looks like a mouse with a tail or a Bluetooth earbud. It also has a red circle with a white star indicating there is a new message or something. When I click on the status bar it brings up all the other indicated messages or calls in the list but there is no list to correspond with this icon. When this showed up I had no Bluetooth linked to this phone so I don't think that's it...

It looks similar to the icon used for missed call or placed call except it has a curved arrow next to it. It is a gold phone receiver and the arrow is bent at a 45 degree angle. (kind of like a backwards check mark with an arrow head on the bottom). I have a suspicion that it has to do with call forwarding since I forwarded calls to a different phone # the other day, however, I cancelled that. I have checked my messages folder, rebooted, pulled battery, done an update, etc. Nothing works.

After some fiddling I see the red light on the device when I plug-in my charger and see the lightning symbol for a few seconds before it gives way to an empty battery with a red cross.
