When I open up an SMS conversation, it doesn't always open to the most recent entry, even if I was on the most recent before closing the conversation. I then have to attempt the tricky "flick the track pad up just enough to get to the bottom without actually putting the cursor in the message" maneuver just to get to the bottom.
I accidentally used delete conversation of a text string that I need to recover. Is there a way to retrieve it back?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI to am experiencing the pain that is T/B not working in a SMS conversations(OS6). Definitely works everywhere else BBM and such but not in SMS windows. This is a big deal for me because my threads get long and i dont want to have to delete them in order to make it easier to scroll. I shouldn't have to do that.When you get a new message the OS should put it on the screen.. you shouldn't have to scroll for years to get it.
This should be a phone wide shortcut but is not.. I have reinstaled OS, restored, not restored, battery pulled, everything.. it's not on the users end.. check crackberry.com for the thread on how frustrated people are about this.

For some reason when I send messages to peaople on my phone the messages appear at the top of the conversation, as if the phone has reset the conversation but not deleted the old messages, and my contacts appear at the bottom of the new messages page, its like they've been flipped.

Unfortunately they are not in my most recent backups either which is very strange (only the history pre-January 2012), and I'm embarrassingly devastated by this. So my problem is that after I update to PR1.2, its not showing any contacts when I tap on New IM in Conversations. I am confused about one more thing which might be related to this problem. The problem is its failing every time when i try to install Extra protocol plug-ins for Conversations and Contacts. So i installed Pidgin. I use just Yahoo messenger on my phone. Any of you suffering from same pain?
View 7 Replies View RelatedI was using nokia conversation like all days, with sms stored in the micro sd card. after a freeze, I rebooted the phone, and I was unable to run the apps "messages" and the telephone book (the buttons on the main screen disappeared, the bar with all the applications was empty, and if I try to open the mentioned apps the phone told me (already in use). so I shutdown the phone, removed the external memory, and reboot again. all was functioning properly but, obviously, the memory in use for messages now is the cell phone. i'm unable to restore all the sms stored in the sd. if I try to switch the sms location by the menu on the cell, it says to copy the messages that now is in the phone memory (even if it's empty), and the abort the process. seeying in the directory e:Private1000484bMail2 there's only the dir 00001001_S, with a subdir "9", with a subdir "00100c39_F", who contains only 2 files:
(not properly named file) and another called "M ", filesize 0 bytes.I think the memory is corrupted, but all the other things in the memory card is perfect, excepted the content of the Mail2 directory.

i updated my c5 03 to the latest version 23.0.015 and now iam facing problems...whenever i try to make a call it indicates battery low.incoming calss also have the same problem..no problem in hearing music and other functions. battery charges for 5 min and indicates full.

1. Pulling off the battery and putting it on once again
2. Try to charge the mobile
3. Try to charge the battery externally.

View 6 Replies View RelatedI started integrating my Gmail account around 2 or 3 weeks ago. The setup completed without any problems. I can open my emails without a hassle. The conversation feature works fine. There wasn't a single problem until I realized I can't open a conversation sent from one of my subscribed mailing list.
At first, I thought it was because the emails from the mailing list was not in my Inbox. I have it filtered so that it skipped Inbox and labeled "MyGroup". So I decided to edit the filter and have the emails also sent to my Inbox. The emails started showing up in my BlackBerry Gmail Inbox, but I still can't open any of the conversations sent from the mailing list.
I even tried creating a new Gmail account and have the mailing list emails sent to that new Gmail account. No filters, no nothing. The emails were sent directly to the Inbox in my new Gmail account. I integrate this new Gmail account into my BlackBerry. Unfortunately the issue remains. I still can't open the conversations.
i found out that there's a Conversations folder when i open the memory card of my phone on my PC,but there's nothing inside the folder.I would like to copy my conversations and be able to view it in my PC.can somebody help me?
