I signed up for BB user ID on my Torch 9800 and the screen is stuck on "signing up". i can exit with the red phone button but the back button does nothging. I have tried turning off my BB and when I click on the APP World icon I am taken back to the stuck sign on screen.
I am updating my iPhone 3GS to IOS 5. I downloaded the update in iTunes and according to iTunes, it appeared to have completed backing up, installing the update, restoring apps, music and videos.
But my phone is stuck with the Apple on the screen and a progress thermometer display that isn't moving at all. Also, in iTunes, the capacity display on the bottom of the Summary tab says I have mostly "other" and have 11.1 GB free. Before I started I had 1.2 GB free.
What do I do? Is it okay to disconnect it and reconnect it and restore or start over?
i have just got my blackberry torch 9800 and it wont sign me into app world i have an account i have signed in on my laptop but it keeps saying 'an error has occurred please try again later' i've been trying the last few days and it keeps saying it
I used the Reset data function on the phone and it hung. I have attempted to restore it in recovery mode, itunes says"preparing iphone" and the phone shows an empty status bar before it resets and i receive a 1611 error msg. 3GS model.
I haven't been able to sign in to my Blackberry ID account for quite a while.I deleted app world and reinstalled it thinking that this my help, but it is still saying unable to log in to your Blackberry ID account.
when i first got my blackberry torch 9860 i had problems from the very start, the loading sign kept showing up and causing my phone to freeze, so i rang up my network and they sent me a new one. The new one has been fine for around a month but now out of the blue the loading sign keeps showing up again and making it diffacult to use my phone. I havnt dropped my phone and i have only 1 app that i have downloaded which ive had since i got my new phone.
I was having some problems with the browsing on my phone, so I called my carrier for support and they instructed me to pull the battery and the sim card. When I put everything back in, it told me I was using a new sim card and to enter my blackberry ID. I tried what I thought it was, but it said that the username/password I had entered wasn't a valid ID, so I emailed my carrier and was instructed on how to reset the password, and now I can log in with my blackberry ID on the computer just fine, but when I put it in my phone, it still tells me that I'm not entering a valid username/password. I'm stuck on this page and can't use my phone, and if I try and sign out, it tells me "Signing out will require erasing all data, so settings can return to factory defaults. After the restart, sign in with a BlackBerry ID to associate it with this smartphone."
My blackberry hung all of 5 hours after I bought it. It's a Storm 2 9520, and it hung while I was trying to set up an email account with it.Although I could press the hang up key and get it to the home screen, the setup wizard app still runs in the background. And every time I return to the app to try again, or to try to close it, the screen goes black till I press the hang up key again.
I've switched the phone off and on again, even waited overnight, but nope, the setup wizard is still hovering there in Switch Applications, waiting to freeze my phone once I press it.Another problem: It only gives me the option to set up a new Enterprise email account. I DON'T want an Enterprise account, I want to link up my personal email account.
I have read the manual 3 times over! Nothing helps! I'll be super grateful if someone can help. Otherwise I'll be returning this disappointing piece of rubbish phone that I don't know how to use. I'm a new Blackberry user and I have to admit that I'm really disappointed unfamiliar with my BB
I had to reset my phone and now I can't sign into my gmail. It has my email but I've changed my password and reset my email settings but nothing has worked. It has my email already locked in so I can't even change the email address. I don't know what do and I can't get any of my contacts without getting into my gmail!
Even if my phone has been lying unused on the charger, if I want to start using it I get the "hourglass" sign that shows the phone is busy downloading something. I don't understand this as it happens even if I want to look up a contact. I can't dial or open a message or anything for up to two minutes while I wait for the phone to finish whaterver it is doing. It also drains the battery as I only get a half day's life out of the battery, even if I only used the phone minimally.
My wife accidently going through her contacts went to the very top where there's a drop down menu for Phone or Contacts. It went to Contacts. Now whenever she goes to her contacts a message pops up saying Sign In or Sign Up to OVI. She's been on the phone now with Nokia for 2 hours trying to resolve.Anyone out there have any ideas? And by the way, are other brands of phones this bad, what with setting up loops like this can't be broken. Or, like what I've read here and elsewhere, all the problems with the Lock Code? I mean, it seems Nokia needs to go back to the drawing board and work on their user interface.
Does anyone know what address the sign in page takes you too? When i click sign in it comes up with an error "COULD NOT SIGN IN" ."NOKIA OVI SUITE COULD NOT CONNECT TO THE NOKIA ACCOUNT SERVER. MAKE SURE INTERNET CONNECTION IS WORKING PROPERLY AND TRY AGAIN".So if possible does anyone know what it is so i can have the exceptions allowed on my work PC.
My N8 suddenly hung up and suddenly deleted all of my homescreens. It would have been okay for me to set all three screens back to their original configuration but unfortunately, I can't edit the main homescreen. I can edit the two additional screens but NOT the main (1st) homescreen. It just says homescreen is full! Last thing I installed was the Xmas theme Rugge from the Nokia store.
On most recent version of screwd with tk gapps and I can't get wallet to load. It hangs up on the splash screen and never moves. Have tried clearing cache and data, uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing works.
I will be home when my shipment comes but will it still be a better Idea to Pre-sign for shipment? Some Delivery guys don't knock or knock loud enough or simply knock and run off. Would it be better to Pre-sign to ensure my delivery?
my Ok Google has become very slow to respond lately and I was advised to sign out then back in to Google and that would fix the issue. My question is how do I sign out of 'Ok Google'?
I have a question on my nokia x6. When you look at the screen and in the upper right corner where is the signal strength and there is that what I like to call it the Y i have that sign but after some time it diapers and there is that sign ( arrows in both way on top is a big E) so i don't know if that means that i have my Internet connection still on or what and i can not turn it off....

I deleted my oviplayer,redownloaded but with same problem persisting.Also I dont have any issues with other ovi suite applications(version 2.2) or to sign in.Some body please help me as it is making my life with nokia a hell.I am using vista in pc.

After getting new Balckberry bold 9900. I can't sign to Blackberry ID. The phone offer only the register option. Yet I have the balckberry ID accoun for like 3 years.
