May 13, 2010I have a bold 9700 but have a problem in as much as some of my apps don't seem to be able to access data across the network (O2 UK). I have granted them trusted application status, and have even gone in and checked all the permissions manually but some things simply won't allow me to use data. The strange thing is that other apps work fine (google maps, weather channel, facebook etc).

Apr 12, 2011I am desperate for some kind of help or advice, my bb storm 2 9550 screen is not responding, i can't get to access any of my applications on the phone. the only thing that works is the power on n off button, i tried taking the battery out n even reloading the phone but nothing works. i am missin all my calls, can;t get to read my messages or mails and this is driving me nuts. i live in the caribbean, the phone was bought in the u.s, my carrier presently is GT&T but in the u.s it works with Verizon wireless.

Jul 14, 2010I was experiencing slowdowns on applicationss accessing the SD card for storage and caching. Among them are browsers like Dolphin, applications like Twidroyd, and news applications like Huffington Post. It helped with some of the applications by setting their storage options to internal memory, but the best solution so far, without rooting your phone and adding some MODACO mod, is to go to Settings, go to Managing Applications, go to Running Services, look for something that mentions DRM, then kill it.
Killing this does not harm the system, as I tested this already, and it speeds up access to applications that cache on the internal SD card. Of course, another way is to disable all SD access, and everything flies. But I find killing DRM services works well. DRM services is not part of the standard Android set, since I don't find this on the HTC phones, so killing it won't harm anything. Killing off Samsung's own slow ware such as Daily Briefings and the social Feeds widget may also help speed up the UI further, but on the other hand, these widgets can also be useful for some people.
Nokia :: 5130 Xpress Music - Applications Access / Out Of Memory Error
Feb 8, 2010I'm using a Nokia 5130c-2 v 6.93 and I'm frequently facing a problem is "out of memory error" while using some games or applications. I had got 22 MB free in phone memory and 100 MB in memory card. I don't think any mobile game uses that much memory so what might be the reason??
Second thing is while trying to use some 3rd party application/software when I tries to access Application Access> Data Access> Read User Data> then I'm able to access only 2 options out of 4 available. One is 'Ask every time' and another is 'not allowed'. How I can add that particular application for 'always allowed' or 'ask first time only' access.

Jul 4, 2015I have trusted voice enabled so saying "OK google" should unlock my screen but it doesn't. This is difficult when I am trying to set an alarm. I don't feel like picking my phone up and having to use my fingerprint to unlock the screen and accept the alarm.
try to confirm that it doesn't or does unlock their lock screen on the s6? I am on the latest software.
BB Torch :: RIM Applications Are Missing
Oct 25, 2010I have BB9800 with OS 6.0 Bundle 2475 v6.0.0.546, Platform 6.6.0.207
I was using App World, Facebook, and Twitter normally without any problem, I got notifications for upgrading these applications, then all icons has been disappeared, while at application management they are installed. I follow all similar issues, uninstalled then cleared the cash, reinstall, downgrading the versions for appworld. Finally I wiped the phone and downloading the App world, I faced the same issue. the phone became useless, by the way I'm using these services through WiFi. It is worth mentioning that all other applications are working fine, such us, Whatsapp, browser, etc.
