Dec 11, 2011i'm wondering if this happens to anyone because i can't stream videos from most of the sites. here are a few to list:startv.inInternet.combcci.tvcrictime.cometc.....i use wifi to stream the videos but with little success.even in Internet video doesn't start and clicking on "switch to standard player" even doesn't work.(it infinitely circles in round and round)only mobile version of Internet works well.there are a few sites also where video works good untill i touch seek bar. and after that it goes blank.

Feb 3, 2010Tried for 5 hours over 2 days now but can't get any apps installed in N900. From Ovi and various Maemo sites, I only get half way through the "preparing for installation, please wait" prompt and then it's stuck. 2 times out of 55 it went through the prompt in some 10 mins just to say that the app can't be downloaded. No matter if 3G connection or Wifi. Catalogs will not update either. Anybody have a clue what's going on?

Now, after the upgrade, Beemp3 buffers music for eons and MP3skull's home page won't open at all... 1. Type about:debug in url bar
2. Go to options and hit the Dump v8 counters
3. Then hit Dump navigation cache
Then I refresh the ESPN page I was on for video and it works.You have to do this every time you visit the site...

Nor does it work when I use the tracker to click on "sign in". Nothing happens so I can't access these sites. If I go to another website, for example, Google.com, enter my text and click the Enter key, it loads and shows me my results. Links seem to work on other websites too. So, here's the deal, I'm trying to download files from file sharing sites, mostly RAR's, I've tried downloading from MEGAUPLOAD, RAPIDSHARE, WUPLOAD, FILESERVE, FILESONIC. All I get is an HTM file if I just click, If I long click on the "download now" button and "Save Link" all I get is a BIN file. I've tried downloading on the STOCK browser, tried changing the useragent (about:useragent) to desktop. (This I don't think works, it's weird, I've also tried changing the useragent from the debug menu but the option isn't even there). I've tried downloading on the STOCK browser after installation of ASTRO file manager (ticking the allow download all files). I've tried downloading on Dolphin Browser HD (V.6.1.0) with the useragent changed to desktop and I either get a HTM file (sigle click) or a corrupted file (long, save link) I've tried using OPERA Mini (6.1) with the same results as on the STOCK browser.
