just recently got an Omnia cell, would like to put some games on it.I started googling for free games on the omnia, but some sites just seem fishy, like spam sites.Anyone know of good sites that won't give me spyware/viruses, and have full, free versions of games I could take a look at? (not free to try, and then pay after playing a bit, or demos of full games)

So, here's the deal, I'm trying to download files from file sharing sites, mostly RAR's, I've tried downloading from MEGAUPLOAD, RAPIDSHARE, WUPLOAD, FILESERVE, FILESONIC. All I get is an HTM file if I just click, If I long click on the "download now" button and "Save Link" all I get is a BIN file. I've tried downloading on the STOCK browser, tried changing the useragent (about:useragent) to desktop. (This I don't think works, it's weird, I've also tried changing the useragent from the debug menu but the option isn't even there). I've tried downloading on the STOCK browser after installation of ASTRO file manager (ticking the allow download all files). I've tried downloading on Dolphin Browser HD (V.6.1.0) with the useragent changed to desktop and I either get a HTM file (sigle click) or a corrupted file (long, save link) I've tried using OPERA Mini (6.1) with the same results as on the STOCK browser.
I have an Samsung Galaxy S2, and i have installed alot BIG games, but when i see that my USB STROAGE is almost full, i deleted all games but SD card seems to be full still i downloaded files of games probably thats why my USB STROAGE is full.i tired to search with "my file" but there are alot folders so i cant find games folders...how to clean my USB STROAGE without Formatting USB STROGE?

I noticed the blue light in the upper left stayed on and the phone was pulsing/vibrating a bit. I have been charging the phone for the last hour thinking that might be the issue. No. The blue light is still on. I tried removing the battery and SD card for 10 seconds before retrying to boot my phone. Nothing abut blue light and some pulses from time to time.

Flight control works great, but Farmville isn't even showing up in the game center. Is anyone else having this problem? I deleted farmville and it said it was in the game center so I deleted that setting as well and when I re-downloaded it, it still didn't show up.

From Ovi and various Maemo sites, I only get half way through the "preparing for installation, please wait" prompt and then it's stuck. 2 times out of 55 it went through the prompt in some 10 mins just to say that the app can't be downloaded. No matter if 3G connection or Wifi. Catalogs will not update either. Anybody have a clue what's going on?

I'm in South Africa and my Carrier is Vodacom-SA.Before the upgrade I could access MP3skull.com and BeeMP3 (music DL sites) with no problem and buffering was minimal. Now, after the upgrade, Beemp3 buffers music for eons and MP3skull's home page won't open at all... 1. Type about:debug in url bar
2. Go to options and hit the Dump v8 counters
3. Then hit Dump navigation cache
Then I refresh the ESPN page I was on for video and it works.You have to do this every time you visit the site...
This problem just started last night, I've not been able to get onto any other site other than Facebook, if I try and get to either a bookmarked website or just another the browser just turns off.Seeing I don't really want to spend that much time on Facebook has anyone got any idea of what might be wrong and how I could fix it?

View 12 Replies View RelatedWhen I use my browser to get to Gmail or Blogger, I have to sign in. So, I enter my username and password, but the Enter key doesn't work to load the page up. Nor does it work when I use the tracker to click on "sign in". Nothing happens so I can't access these sites. If I go to another website, for example, Google.com, enter my text and click the Enter key, it loads and shows me my results. Links seem to work on other websites too. Wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem and have a suggestion?

It is like its rendering a tiny version and scaling it up to fill the screen. Which is kind of how mobile sites work on hi res phone displays but the images don't get reentered, they stay super blurry..

While mobile sites are nice, sometimes I need to see the real, actual site. Is there a way to force Safari to go to the real site? Some sites have a link to the real site, but others do not? I'd like it be MY choice whether I use a mobile version of site or not, but I can't currently figure out how to make Safari take me to the real site when a mobile one is available.
