I have two BB connected to my Mac, switching from 9800 to 9860. In the mid process, it just froze. After a while, i decided to hit STOP button, now it is just having a rolling bar saying restoring and do not disconnect, and have been for the past 10 minutes. What should I do?

Tried taking out battery, sim, media card and put them one by one and still doing the same thing. I noticed when it turn on before it goes to white screen, a message saying "linking java" for a quick second then goes back to white screen for a long period of time and i can't use it anymore. i already contacted my service provider about this and they're taking so long to respond to me. I don't want to send it for repair again since I alreay sent it 3 wks ago for a repair from my provider due to built in media errors.

My Bold is unlocked, but I'm worried about email settings/BBM working properly if I switch my sim card out of the Torch.
When I booted up my Bold with my Torch sim card 5 minutes ago I got a txt message saying erroneous number or something to that degree, and BBM attempted to setup a new profile.Do I need to use the device switch wizard?

My problem is my phone shows full signal strength and I can't receive not make calls nor messages. I tried to call the service provider for any network problems and they said no problems at all. Now when I'm at home and I want to surf the internet, it's using the carrier data package, but I want it to use the WiFi. I searched all over and I can't find any solution. any help? Notes: On the home screen, I can see my carrier name (Etisalat) and my WiFi network name. When I go to "Manage Connections", it shows that I'm connected to the WiFi network; but I've never seen the WiFi signal icon in blue or green or any color than grey (which means the BB is not using the WiFi at all) I want to set the default internet access as WiFi. but How ?! Some people told me that it will switch automatically between WiFi and data package, but as far as I see, it's not switching at all. Software, not hardware.So I tried following a Blackberry 7 upgrade offered by the Desktop manager, which incidently recognised I had a 9860 - so something is talking! - Unable to reconnect to the device during a multi-stage load operation. is the only result I get as I've followed the Device Software update , Bundle 1645 is being offered but it fails the install .At the start it downloads 497 modules, then startsErasing applications(!!). But fails on the next stage.I also read that connecting the 9860 and pressing ctrl + alt + del would active the phone, all it did (even that was surprising) was let me see a Battery sign on the screen. In the morning when I was trying to switch it on it was not coming on. I put on charging, there was no indication of charging for some time then it started booting. The booting indicator (the line which indicates that the handset is being booted) went half way and stopped. The system did not respond to switch off button. The battery was removed and put back to restart. Every time it boots to half line and hangs.
