Apr 8, 2010I'm seeing a strange issue with all of our Verizon 9650's (Bold) that are members of our BES. A user receives an SMS message while the device is locked. The user then unlocks the device and <content protection is enabled> is displayed instead of the actual text of the SMS message. If the user closes the SMS and then relaunches it the message is displayed properly. Has anyone else seen this issue? Sounds almost like a software bug...

As we know the first one is to get the Blackberry browser plug-in, the second one is to Connect your smartphone and the last one is to update your software. The problem I have is with connecting my smartphone. I sellect my pin, click on Connect and a couple of seconds after that, I get this message:"An error has occurred communicating with the BlackBerry App World Web plugin. restart your device and try again. Jun 9, 2010I've had the phone for about a week and I absolutely love it except that at seemingly random moments my phone will block the viewing of any and all of my SMS messages saying "Content protection is enabled". It will show up at the beginning of newly received messages and even in the middle of real-time conversations between someone else and I and then I have to wait for the message to "go away" so I can read what the response was and continue the conversation. Is it something I'm doing? A default phone feature? Is anyone else experiencing this issue or at least know how to solve it?

Dec 23, 2010I never had any problems with the Tour automatically rebooting when making/receiving a call when it is or isn't connected to Bluetooth. For the last few months, the phone will reboot as soon as I connect to a call. I don't think it's my car's Bluetooth since I never had an issue before but it's extremely annoying especially when I really need to make the call and it takes forever to reboot.

Apr 22, 2012I have an iPhone 4G and I didn't get the iOS 5 update yet, but I decided to update it to iOS 5 today, but I had to update my iTunes, my iPhone and everything in order to download the new software.But when I was done updating, I open my iPhone and saw that it had updated to the different apps and pictures from my old iPhone 3GS.... which means all my old apps/photos/contacts were put in there. Is there any way I can undo that and retrieve all my photos/apps BEFORE today? I already researched about like right clicking and restoring from a previous backup, but I believe it backed up once when I connected the iPhone to the computer and then backed up again when I did the iOS 5 update, which means it may have backed up twice.Can I still retrieve the one before the latest one? I also have PC so I don't have time machine.....
