IPhone :: Undo A Reset 3gs?

Today, I accidently reset my iPhone 3GS. It was completely unintentional and it didn't even ask if I wanted to reset it.I've lost everything from the 8th of march onwards. I want to restore my texts, and my pictures and I have recently left school and want them back because I can't get the pictures with people I don't see anymore.
I can see the files from the last time I synced my iphone - today. I can see them, how to restore my iphone to that?When I chose where to restore my iphone to, and go into that folder theres nothing there.

About a week ago I locked myself out of my iphone. I went to the store and they restored it, I had everything set back up on my phone except for music. Today i plugged my Iphone into my computer to put the music back on and it deleted everything that was on my phone and changed it back to how it was 2 months ago, including text messages, phone calls ect. how can I undo the last sync to get all my information from the past week back?

I have an iPhone 4G and I didn't get the iOS 5 update yet, but I decided to update it to iOS 5 today, but I had to update my iTunes, my iPhone and everything in order to download the new software.But when I was done updating, I open my iPhone and saw that it had updated to the different apps and pictures from my old iPhone 3GS.... which means all my old apps/photos/contacts were put in there. Is there any way I can undo that and retrieve all my photos/apps BEFORE today? I already researched about like right clicking and restoring from a previous backup, but I believe it backed up once when I connected the iPhone to the computer and then backed up again when I did the iOS 5 update, which means it may have backed up twice.Can I still retrieve the one before the latest one? I also have PC so I don't have time machine.....

Does anyone know a way to undo it? It's really irritating to me and I think it looks tacky. I liked the look of my Tour when I got it. I absolutely hate how it looks with the blue as the highlight. It was way better before.
I'm really unhappy with how the SMS messages are set up. I don't want to see all my messages to one person grouped together. It's fine for BBM, but I really dislike it for my SMS.

I added a contact to my phone book from a text message i received from someone. it put their phone number under work instead of mobile. so i copied it and pasted it. But now i can figure out how to clear that out. whenever i text someone or what not, it keeps saying paste and still has that person's number in there. is there a way to clear out the copied info so that paste doesn't show up all the time. i have a blackberry bold 9700.

I have a at&t samsung galaxy s5 that I'd not rooted and I was wondering if there was a undo feature for text, for example I write out a whole paragraph and then highlight it because I wanted to copy it and accidently press something to delete it all. Or hold down the back space button and delete the whole thing. I know the iPhone has such a thing, all you have to do is shake the device and you can undo it. I am wondering if such a thing is possible.

I upgraded my bold to the 9780 & have a question re the new OS6. I have somehow managed to hide one of my picture folders & i cant work out how to get it back. I think when I clicked on the folder I selected the "hidden" check box but now the folder has disappeared completely so I cant seem to recall it. In the previous OS this was managed in the options menu where you could hide or unhide specific folders. how to undo?

How do you UNDO force stop of applications in Android 2.2.2?
