BB Software :: My Messenger Not Showing

I recently had a problem that cause much delays on delivering bbm messages, so i wanted to try to reinstall it and hopefully that will solve the problem. I reinstalled it (it already was the lastest version) and after that it went to reboot, the blackberry was still on charge at that time and when the boot went complete, only white screen showed and the led was on green. i pulled the charger off and the led went of and started the phone normally. i noticed the the bbm was not available in the auto run nor in the "Instant Messaging". so i went to options applications, and found that there it is available, so i uninstalled it and installed a new one
