i cant send photos on my bbm, i click the contact i want to send it to, select picture, select size etc, then ok and nothing i dont see a transfer or anything nothing comes up, people send me pictures through bbm, but i cant send? using 5.0.0.442 (plat 5.1.0.121)

When I insert a photo into a text message my C1-01 automatically forces the image(s) to be displayed as a slideshow. Is there any way to prevent this?I've found the MMS settings which allow me to say how long each slide should display for, but I can't see an option to turn off the creation of slideshows in the first place. It's particularly annoying when I'm sending just one photo. I don't need it to be displayed on the screen for x seconds, then to disappear! This is mostly a problem when texting my mum (who has a HTC Wildfire) as she is a novice phone user and struggles when receiving slide shows.

Much to my aggravation I'm unable to send photos via MMS - I'm sure I'm doing it right as I followed the instructions while on the phone w. the IT BB specialist at the University of Waterloo. I was able to send a photo to her but to nobody else which includes a BB user neighbour, my son on Telus in Vancouver, a friend w. a Bell plan on a Palm. What gives? I could send a photo lickety split on my previous Motorola and I didn't even have a data plan. I'm sooooo frustrated. I tried to send the MMS with the photo in the "small" picture setting.

I unlocked it and added an orange simcard, without paying for email (however next month I will have bbm)The software version is 5.0.0.351. My problem is that there is not an option to send photos via text, there is bluetooth, flickr and email, but not over text. This is a real pain, especially coupled with the fact that i cannot receive photos either, for some reason, multiple people have tried! Is there anything that could be wrong with how I have set the blackberry up? I don't have OS 6 because I haven't paid for the blackberry service, however I would hope that I would still be able to send and receive photos on the earlier software.

Since then I could not receive photos, when one was sent this message would appear:***Not Retrieved Yet***(A clickable button) Download NowExpires : (A date and time)Whenever I clicked the download now button, it would say Retrieving Content but nothing else would happen after that.I tried sending photos and it said changing to MMS mode, but when I click send, it says Switing to SMS mode and where the delivery sign should be is a red X,I was able to send and receive photos prior to the update.

I ive in China, on China Mobile system. I bought iPhone 4S in China. I am unable to send photos from the Camera Roll. I've tried selecting the photo and then selecting "Messages" from the bottom of the screen. This brings up the Messages app where I input the contact for recipient. When I send, they get an empty "bubble" and it shows as an empty green "bubble". I tried sending to another iPhone 4S (from USA), also on China Mobile network, but it won't go to them either and it isn't being sent as iMessage (blue) even though I have iMessage turned on in Settings. On HTC android phone, I could easily send pics as SMS/MMS, using same SIM card/carrier that is now in my new iPhone 4S...what gives? What is correct way to send photos from my iphone to other phones?

I am having problems with my Nokia 2330 - Cant seem to be able to send or receive photos. When I receive a photo text from someone. the following message keeps saying "Uknown network error" and I cannot view it at all, I have tried to retrieve it, but wont do it. I can send normal emails with just text etc but photos are coming up with the red X and the message is 'general failure'. I tried one at 1280x960 landscape and it auto resizes before I can send it anywhere.I took another 1280x960 portrait and it will send full size to my email addy.I haven't experimented a lot yet, but I'm thinking the landscape orientation used too much file size for the network so it auto resizes. Is there a way to decrease the file size a bit without decreasing the resolution? I need to send pics to my email that are at least 1024x768.Auto resizing is BAD.
