I had a pearl previously, but now have a curve. I am trying to set up the pearl for my sister, but everytime i reinstall bbm, it automatically comes up with my account? how do i reset bbm to set up a new account?

My blackberry keeps giving me an Error 523 and says reset. I have reset sevaral times and have removed the battery more than once and it starts up and then goes back to the same error message.

View 9 Replies View RelatedI have a Blackberry 8230 that won't turn on. When the battery is charged, the red light flashes very slowly (about 10 seconds on, 10 seconds off). When I plug the USB cable into the computer, I see the BB hard drive for a brief second or two, then it disappears. It will appear briefly again about 20 seconds later, then disappear again. Is the battery shot? Or could there be something else going on? The phone was on the charger all night.

upgrade my OS 5 to OS 6. I'm from the Philippines and my service provider is Globe Telecom. I downloaded the v6.0.0.2597. I already installed it but still cant upgrade. I opened the Apploader and followed the steps but i still cant upgrade. Heres the snapshot of my apploader.
