Oct 13, 2011I use Blackberry Pearl 9105 3G (with classic keypad / candybar) and i got a problem.When i do email setting, i accidentally approve the sync between my email and my Blackberry contact and calendar (which is always show when we put new email account in Blackberry). Now in my contacts always show this; There's a box above the contact name&number:synchronize Using :[URL] And if you go to Contacts > Menu > Options it will appear like this The contact list should be default there, but now it changes with two emails like that. I need help to remove my emails in my contact lists in Blackberry PearlIt's really annoying because it multiplies the contacts number.There's an official solution from Blackberry here > Article ID : KB21118 It says; How to remove a Gmail contact list from the BlackBerry smartphone

Nov 11, 2012I have a Blackberry 8230 that won't turn on. When the battery is charged, the red light flashes very slowly (about 10 seconds on, 10 seconds off). When I plug the USB cable into the computer, I see the BB hard drive for a brief second or two, then it disappears. It will appear briefly again about 20 seconds later, then disappear again. Is the battery shot? Or could there be something else going on? The phone was on the charger all night.

That worked fine. However, using Calendar as an example, the next sync tried to delete all calendar entries from some point in 2009 and prior. Aug 9, 2010I have a 5800 that I have been troubleshooting for the past Month. We have been to the provider who has now replaced the phone twice in the past two months. Calling out appears to be fine. However when customizing the phone I am unable to set picture and a ringtone to a contact in the contact list. The Contact is saved on the phone. When the person dials in the picture will display correctly but the ringtone will play a default ring not a custom file as selected. This has heppened on all 3 of the phones. I am down to the OS of the phone which the provider says is up to date.

Dec 30, 2011After having gone a couple of months withs with Gingerbread without any problems to report I started experiencing a strange thing with incoming calls, texts, emails, etc.For incoming calls, the number displayed is the correct number but the screen pulls an incorrect name from my contacts list and displays a picture (taken from either LinkedIn or Facebook profiles) that is from a third, different contact.So the number is for Contact A and is the actual caller, the name that is displayed is contact B and the photo is contact c.If I go to make an outgoing call, the same thing in the inverse occurs.I choose Contact A and it dials contact A but displays it is calling contact B.This has caused me to have to double & triple check when I am making calls to ensure that it is calling the right contacts.
A similar thing happens for texts, incoming texts display the correct number from which they are originating but display that they are from a different contact name.When I go to send a text and enter a number it indicates that it is sending it to the correct phone number but with a different name assocaited with that number. Finally, something similar is happening in email messaging. If I hit reply, while the actual email address is correct the contact name that it lists is incorrect.
