BB Pearl 8100 :: How To Convert Video With Roxio Media Manager / Video Is Saved Sideways
Apr 29, 2010
I"m trying to get video converted correctly on my Black Berry flip phone, but I can't seem to figure out how to convert the video with the Roxio Media manager so that the video is saved sideways.. So when I play it in my Black Berry Flip it fills up the whole screen.
have had my Pearl Flip for less than 6 months. The Desktop Manager & Media Sync have NEVER worked completely, even ater many, many uninstalls and re-installs. BB Pearl 8220 Flip EDGE Wi-Fi v 4.6.0.222 (Platform 4.1.0.80)
It's the one from Desktop Manager. I installed it but once I opened it, I'm pretty sure I'm never going to use it. Can I get rid of it? When it was downloading, it said the size of it was 133 MB, so if I can delete it, I would like to.
I have a pearl 9105 and i cannot play a video using windows media player, i had a nokia before and i could play videos no problem with windows media player?
I have had my Blackberry Pearl for some time and have been very impressed with it however I have never been able to shoot video as when I try it gives the message 'insert media card to enable video'. There was already a media card inserted and I have purchased a new media card in case the fault was with the media card, not the phone - however it is still saying that a media card needs to be inserted to enable video shooting. I have pressed > Options > Memory and it states 'a media card is not presently inserted in the device'.....when I have tried two different media cards.
I have 50 or so saved text messages on my phone that I suddenly need to get printed out to give to a conflict resolution specialist in 14 hours- who knew this would happen?I can't seem to find a way to do this other than to individually send them to my email- one at a time. There's no way I have the time or the sanity to do it this way and I'm thinking that there MUST be a faster, easier way to do this.Any suggestions?
My wife and I each have a Blackberry phone. One is an 8100 the other is an 8200. I cannot figure out how to backup them both up on the same PC with Windows Vista. The Desktop Manager software does not seem to allow two different phones. I also have tried to install two different versions of Desktop Manager in different directories without success. How can I back them both up?
I have two programs that open mp4. One is Quicktime and one is VLM Player. VLM opens the video sideways. The colors are rich and vibrant. Quicktime auto rotates but the colors aren't as nice. Lighter, kinda washed out. Any free video players that will auto rotate or allow you to rotate a mp4?
I had a 2GB media card and got a new, 8GB one and was wondering if there's any way to move everything I had stored on the first media card to the new one. Like would it work if I first moved it to the device memory and then switched media cards and moved it onto that one? And if so, how would I do that?
Ive got my 8100 with a 2gb Media Card. The card works fine with BB. I can take pictures and store and even receive files via Bluetooth. The problem is that when I connect to my PC, it wont recognize as an external storage device. In DM it does recognize the BB showing my PIN. This means cable is not the problem. But the card wont show up in MY PC and doesn't work with Media Sync either.
Media Card Support: On Encryption Mode: None Mass Storage Mode Support: On Auto Enable Mass Storage Mode When Connected: Yes
When I download pictures and video from my 4s they are sideways
This is extrenly frustrating and dissapointing. Is there a setting to change this ? Sure as **** do not want to edit every picture and video to fix this.
I have a Pearl 8130.Is it possible to transfer some of my apps from the phone's internal memory to the media card? If so, will those apps still show up on my screen like normal?
I'd just like to free up some of my phone's memory if possible.Sprint, Pearl 8130 v4.5.0.175, DM v5.0.1.37, 8GB SD card
One of the features of my new Galaxy S6 is that when I view a panoramic picture I have taken with the phone I can press the icon over the picture an the image will zoom in to full screen and automatically pan across the entire image so I can see the full detail of the picture I have taken. This works great on the phone. I went on vacation and took several dozen of these images at various locations and I would like to be able to make a video that replicates this same behavior of pan and zoom from these images so I share them with friends and family.
Any way I can convert the panorama to a zoom and pan video?
Basically, i found a BlackBerry Pearl 8100 O2 on the street yesterday. I know this might upset some people, but im going to keep it. Because i need a new phone! Now how should i go on about this? will it work with just inserting my SIM ?
Can anyone tell me if the Blackberry Desktop 6.0 properly supports synchronization between Outlook 2010 32-bit and a Pearl 8100 with device software v4.5.0.102 (Platform 2.7.0.85)?I first did a one-way sync from Outlook to my device (replacing all device data). That worked fine. However, using Calendar as an example, the next sync tried to delete all calendar entries from some point in 2009 and prior. It also identified changes to entries that were not changed at all!Sync'ing Task, Memos and Contacts yielded the same problem where items were identified as being changed when they were not. When trying different sequences of synchronization including doing a reset on my Pearl before resync'ing, I get different and inconsistent results. The Blackberry site says I have the latest version of device software, so...
Got a new 950 with windows 10 on it. When I record video the size of the file is HUGE because recorded in Hi Def.Is there a way when you share a video for it to convert it / compress it?I do not see an easy way to accomplish this other than pull the video over to a desktop and running third party software.
So, .mov kinda *****. Consoles and other players generally dont recognise it. I want to convert high def .mov footage captured on my iPhone to a high def format playable on a TV or PS3, etc. (such as .mkv or .avi). Converters I've used so far always massively degrade the quality.
When I record video on my iphone and import to Aperture it plays fine. When I convert the .mov file to mp4 via various convertors, the video always plays updide down?
I've been all over the blackberry website trying to find a link to download Roxio Desktop Manager for my blackberry curve 8330, and all I get are documents.
Could you please recommend a video converter that can convert most videos to a format compatible with E72's built-in RealPlayer? "The 9000 series is the most reliable computer ever made." HAL 9000
I've recorded a few videos on my iPhone 4S. I'm trying to find them on my MacBook Pro and access the files so I can edit them. what folder iPhone videos are backed up in?
Where does my PC/itunes store the pics and vid on from my iPhone?I haven't sound this file/location, so I thought when I restored/activated iphone 4 it would not have these, but it does, all 1600+.So where are these on my computer? If i delete a pic/vid from my iphone itself, will it delete it from the computer, whereby its gone forever? Or would it add it back on at next sync? Can I individually delete items from the computer and on a sync it will delete them from the phone?Any settings from this? I thought i remember a "pictures" tab in itunes before...wheres that at now?
Issues with 4k video stuttering during recording and after when you go to watch the video on my Lumia 950 XL. Fairly certain it's all updated and I can't get the .29 update yet cause it was removed, just curious. I'm actually saving them to my device while the rest of my stuff gets saved to my micro SD because I'm waiting on the high read/write card to come in.
