BB Device Software :: Twitter Services Are Currently Unavailable

I am using BB 9700 with OS 5. recently I downloaded TWITTER 1.0.0.40. but I can't login, it says "twitter services are currently unavailable"
The message appears immediately on clicking connect. Doesn't matter if I have correct username & password.
I unistalled and reinstalled it several times OTA & by BB desktop manager and still have the problem.Meantime, I think it is not installed correctly, because when I am trying to share a photo, the twitter option is not availabe inside the media menu list!!

Bold 9700 - OS6 build 557 - EDGE network - BIS i am able to browse, but my twitter, facebook and other applications refuse to connect. Twitter constantly gives me either of these 2 error message " Twitter services are unavailable" or "Location connection time out after ~ 120000". Facebook says " not able to reach facebook servers at this time ". My emails, gtalk & yahoo work just right. Browsing is slow, but it works. i've been facing this problem for over 4 weeks, spoke with BB support team, ISP and even RIM Canada. Have done everything possible:
- Downgraded from OS6 to OS5 after wiping device via BBSAK
- deleted Twitter app and re-installed
- deleted service books
- chose connection only as 2G
- deleted IPP entry
- updated APN entry
- checked firewall
- replaced SIM card
- wiped off my entry from ISP servers and refreshed profile
- deactivated & activated BIS services
Now this issue is specifically where i work, so my guess is its the problem with the ISP tower. At home, i get these errors as well, but i get connected about 60% of the time. While travelling inter-city two weeks back, in middle of this problem, i got 100% connectivity with no drop outs and no such error messages. My ISP - Vodafone says they've done everything and nothing else is left to be done, they're poitning fingers at my device now. My device worked fine since suddenly this problem started.

from yesterday i'm having two problems, i got from twitter this message, Twitter Services are currently unavailable and from browser (( A network error occurred )) even the wifi working but i don't know why i can't browse anything.

I've just switched carriers as I've moved to Barbados, but when i try to activate the data on my phone with the new sim, it says the phone is incompatible with the service.I was advised by the new carrier to cancel the old data plan (which was prepaid so i had just forgotten about it) and to try again. It's still not working.

Active connection during issue: Wi-fi
Mobile Service: Vodafone
When ever I try to login, I get this error message: Data Services Unavailable. All the time i try to login, I am active on wi-fi connection.
1. Is there a way to make wi-fi connection as primary/default internet access point and not data/3G services
2. How to make gtalk work on wifi connection without data/3g plan.

I'm hesitated to buy BB because i want to know:If not ,does downloaded WLM work with wifi? (because it doesn't using my friend's BB with my OWN sim card.I'm trying to connect downloaded WLM over WIFI but is says: data services unavailable )Installing third party applications ex: Antivirus , games or etc...if i want to use wifi for other things than BB services such as updating those third parties, can it be done over wifi?want to know how much restrictions do i have using Wifi in BB an i do all the other things on wifi that is usually/normally done on wifi excluding BB services ?

I want to use my wifi for using blackberry services such as facebook, twitter, bbm, whatsapp ...etc (browser works) but it only works when my connection is EDGE but not edge and EDGE only appears when I'm on a data plan which costs money or only a minute when I reboot my device, so by that do I need to pay for using wifi ?(I got all service books)

Lately I haven't been able to upload photos to twitter using the Social app, I realized it didn't upload them from the photo gallery and tried to do it from the app and got some error and a "try again later" message

I have just upgraded from Bold 9000 to Torch 9810. I think BlackBerries are superb but . there are quite a few basic apps I had on my Bold, which show as 'unavailable for this device' in App World when I try and get them for my Torch 9810. A good example is the MobileMoney mobile banking app, and also the NatWest mobile banking app. When I tried to get the BB Feedback App, so I could request BB do something about it, the Feedback App itself was 'unavailable for this device' Is it just because the 9810 is such a new device and BB are working hard to get all the Apps available - or do they just not really care about Apps availability at all ?

New Blackberry Bold 9790. Until yesterday I was able to take and save my videos and photos, but today i can't. Nor photos neither videos were saved after been taken.In the camera's option on the section "storage" the option "device" is unavailable.

I've had my Torch for 2-3 weeks now. I do not remember ever seeing the twitter app pre installed. I certainly don't remember deleting it. When I go to twitter to download the blackberry app it gives me a notice."Sorry, your device does not meet the system requirements that are needed to support Twitter for BlackBerry Smartphones."
I don't use twitter that much, but would like it installed in case I do. It's really not my main concern, my main concern is that this is a bigger issue that I need to get resolved before I'm stuck with a phone that doesn't work like it's supposed to and won't be able to run other apps. Any ideas? I'm still running the original OS.

I have Nokia XpressMusic 5800 .my problem is that i can't install OVI services on my mobile..that's mean that i can't install a lot of applications that offers Nokia with this service.
i sent more times messages from stori.OVI.com .but without result.i didnt recive any message.i asked an uncle who is livign in Spain to sedn me a message..he did.i received the message.but when i open it.the mobile tell me that : you mobile is not any mopre avilable for this application....it's the same with more sis apllications like Fring.the mobile tell me that the Certificate is expered !!

I have all of my contacts stored online ovi.com. I have switched from my Nokia 5530 phone to an Android phone. I have downloaded nokia OVI suite but I don't see any option for import/export contacts. I want to import my contact from ovi.com to my device.

I don't have an unlimited data plan, so when I use my phone while traveling, every time I look on Google maps- or any other location-based app for that matter- it's using up my data plan and costing me money. I think it's stupid that Apple has tied the built-in gps inextricably to the data service- they could at least let the gps operate in a reduced capacity when data is unavailable. What is one supposed to do if one lives in or travels to a location with limited data network availability? At any rate, this is the world we live in, so my question is this: if I get an external gps receiver, and turn off my data service, will my phone be able to extract and use my location from the device?

My all contacts lost but now i remember i backup on ovi sync. after that i logged to ovi.com site . i m happy to saw all contacts are safe on ovi site . I downloaded a suggested app from sprint called voice-to-text, where my voicemails would come in as text messages. This was a free trial, however i did not like the application so i deleted it, but now when people call my phone it says my voice mailbox is unavailable, and everytime someone calls i get a text from 9326 saying the number that called me and saying to hear my message i have to subscribe to the Sprint Voicemail-2-Text application. How do i get my normal blackberry voicemail back?

i purchased a Unlocked BB it worked fine for the last 5 days now it just wont make calls or text and says there no service currently unavalible.I have googled it and there seems to be alot but no answers.I have done everything told its definatly not my contract i can still conect to the internet and use bbm.

Just upgraded my wifes phone to Belle, everything works fine with the exception that Social 1.5 refuses to connect. I have restored default settings, but still wont connect.
I can use the web, connect to store, asks me if I want the 3G or WiFi connection, but only social refuses to connect. I have removed and re-installed Social. Always the same, Network is not available. Social works fine on my N8 with the same settings

Some of the mp3 files I synced from my computer somehow cannot be played on the BB music player. While I can see the songs listed, trying to play them will get the error message "Cannot play media. The content is missing or not available". However, I can nonetheless go to the File Manager to play those songs.

Protect doesn"t seem accessible on my Curve 9300. I get a message saying the Blackberry ID service is temporarily unavailable. the phone carrier is airtel (India) and I have reinstalled BB Protect about 8times with the same problem. The phone is personal and not on enterprice solution

I just tried to upgrade my 3gs to ios.5 and have a message saying the iphone cant be activated because the server is temporarily unavailable... also, although the sim card is inserted a message says it is not inserted ??? no idea what to get phone working again. help needed.
